It only came with the First Press Release from my understanding.

It says "Not For Sale" on the bottom right corner of each side.

So with the rest of the LE it cost me nearly 10000 yen... I doubt they'd offer me that much back!

Yeah, I don't think they can exactly enforce a "no seperate sale" requirement on a random non-Japanese person, and it's hardly like they are exactly helpful to us, in terms of making it easy for us to obtain such stuff, so I don't see any reason not to entirely ignore that warning....

It's not about Japanese vs non-Japanese, it's first-hand sellers vs second-hand sellers. The point of the label, and the law that backs it up, is to prevent retailers from getting pre-order bonus items and selling them separately at a profit. You'll see the same thing in America on pre-order bonuses, though we mostly just get those for video games. However, once it passes the first-hand seller into the hands of the consumer, it's completely legal to sell it separately. Hence why you can find pre-order bonuses on eBay and Amazon and the like.

Well, I wasn't claiming that such a label was enforceable on a normal person, I was just saying that it didn't matter.

Also, I doubt there is a law that actually enforces them, as such. I would imagine it would be an agreement (possibly implicit) 'signed' between the retailer and the producer.
