Thumbs up

Maidsx3 has delivered the goodness that is Miku Hatsune

I think I have to get my hand on this software. Looks promising as tool to create fan-made songs.

BTW, the Beethoven's No.5 one is made of absolute win. Wonder if there's Miku version of Ode to Joy

Someone mentioned that Mikuru is developed by Yamaha, is that true? I was led to believe that it was an open source project based on previous posts...
As far as I know Miku is a proprietary, non-free software that is based off an actual person's voice as a "font" (in this case it's Saki Fujita).

But everyone after buying it is uploading their results from playing around with it. The professional composer dRESS from ave;new (he composed that insanely popular "True my Heart" song sung by Saori Sakura aka Kishimeeeeen aka the Code Geass eroge OP song - which he already made a professional Hatsune Miku version of, as posted in this thread) made Miku sing another song (see his blog here) and is planning to have an all-Miku unit as well. Whew.

Wow, I'm impressed with the Miku version of the song.

*retrieves it from Temporary Internet Folder*

An all-Miku unit, huh? Looks interesting to me.

Well, actually, I think he's planning to make an all-Vocaloid unit, not all-Miku unit.
There are two more loli Vocaloids that's coming out soon.

Can't they make a new male one?

I mean if they made one with Shachou's voice that would be so awesome... *grumbles*

Techno pop style original composition for Hatsune Miku: "Packaged".
I think this has the highest sound production among the original songs so far.

All songs or most of them? Anyway, I'm going to add the pack to my playlist.

EDIT:
Can anyone translate the title list?

It's not healthy to have this amount of win on thread. D: The character design is nothing less then great. The voice is the best for techno and that kinda stuff. Think Initial D. +1 for Japan's marketing.

That isn't limited to her, the same goes for most Japanese people.

The Lucky Star Opening and Beethoven's Symphony #5 are both awesome.
