eventhought megumi is lost, do you think all of the allumni who saw souma performance will just stay quiet to let him be expelled. In the next chapter, the muscle guy will pull something like "Souma, it's your turn now. If you don't want to be expelled you must do shokugeki with the glasses guy again.

Well, presenting the food took pretty much the whole chapter, which was received very well. It wasn't until the very end that the final verdict came out. You know, the usual Soma hair-tearing cliff hangers.

Erina hasn't reached that level of commitment towards Souma... as far as she's concerned now, as long as he's out, she cares less how it's done. :/

It feels more like a plot device to let Souma cook. More than anything they won't get expelled especially with that kind of skill she showed. Plus most of the seniors adore Megumi while they're wary of Souma. I'm not surprised that they lost. It wasn't Souma who cooking after all. Glasses might be a dick, but hes still good. Hey look Souma actually lost! Rofl.

There are 6 judges including shinomiya in that room. 3 judges already cast their vote on shinomiya. even if shinomiya cast his vote on megumi along with hinako and "muscle cabbage" the end result will be a draw.from here there will be 3 possible result

1. because it's a draw megumi will still be expelled but souma is safe because the
alumni maintain the status quo before the shokugeki

2. draw, shinomiya will withdraw his decision of expelling megumi and

3. draw, megumi will still be expelled but shinomiya will request to do a shokugeki with souma because he will not let his pride be wounded. (after seeing touma skill in assisting megumi, his pride will not allow him to let souma be expelled before having a match with him)

I wouldnt liked it if souma and megumi didnt get expelled since that means author is favorizing her main character , i didnt liked school theme in the first place anyway so it would be much more better if souma started from zero with megumi . I want souma and megumi start from a little cart first then make it big litle by little while challenging the stores around and slowly started to target big shots etc... Shougakis can still continue by placing their shop on the line etc...

If glasses forgives megumi i will seriously quit this manga , i admit that muscle guy did something underhanded to souma but he can take his revenge later by crushing his shop .

then you best quit this manga now. It would be annoying to a vast majority if they got expelled from tootsuki after 25 chapters of character development and relationships in the academy. Not only that, but there is no point for soma starting from zero as he is already stated by the alumni to have the skills above the norm. He would have no challenge. Furthermore, having shokugeki's where they have to place their shop name on the line is a risk that is higher than any shokugeki soma will have in the academy against students. It should be saved for later.
