How much would Accelerator factor into it? I imagine if it was post-boomheadshot, it'd cement God's Right Hand as being more powerful, but before that, when Accelerator has his full strength and capabilities?

If we're talking full power on both sides, still God's Right Seat.

Vento of the Front at max power has [Divine Punishment] which knocks unconscious anyone that harbors ill will against her. So if you're not a psychopath who is indifferent towards violence, you're out.

Terra of the Left though arguably the weakest, can potentially destroy anything with one hit.

Aqua of the Back at full power is pretty much Superman.

Fiamma of the Right at half power still has his I.W.I.N button.

Acqua of the Back's ability which is called "Divine Mother's mercy" can prevent any forms of punishments. the question is, is Mental Out's(Shokohou Misaki) ability considered as a form of punishment or what? just asking.

Imo, it is possible for accelerator to block divine punishment depending on how it is put into effect. Fiamma at full power requires a lot of conditions to be met: at the right time, place and with the right tools.

How so? If I recall correctly, Divine Punishment will remove oxygen from the target (anyone who bears ill will towards the user) until the target goes into a hibernative state. There doesn't seem to be any vectors involve unless he is like Kihara Amata who is immune due to his personality.

If it's just "oxygen removed from the body" then there is vector involved. However, that's just how the science side can perceive it with their knowledge, there's a lot more into it like there's a lot more into a magician manipulating fire (it doesn't follow the normal conception of combustion).
