^^ nice avatar... as for the dotted parts. If you are using Image ready you can remove them using its Eye Dropper and Pen tool and some patience.

the original size is about 97kb ^^ with no dots. those dots appeared when I resized it ><
and I think i m too lazy to erase those ^^

lolz... thats why patience is an important tool, its hard to remove those dots without it

UPDATE:

For a request in the "Anime Avatar Request Thread" I made this Avatar from the show Strike Witches episode six and the character you can see is Minna.



The first one has a fast speed the second one is a bit slower.

Thx I figured most of it by myself out but sekidousai helped me alot with some problems I did have.

Yeah a little bit but mostly I don't have the time to make them as fast as the others here but if I have the time to make it whenever I have the time to do it ... stop I'm confused now ... what was it
