Hayate sighed tiredly having just finished reading the report. This wasn’t what she wanted to see first thing in the morning, but there it was plain as the sun above. Faiz had attacked the Smart Brain storage facility last night, and stole pieces of equipment that were related to the gear, while at the same time destroying a lot of research material and data within the facility. And even worse was that she hadn’t been alone. The second attacker, identified as Kaixa by reluctant scientists, had accompanied Faiz and assisted in stealing two sets of Cartridge and Accel Watches. Having read the attached appendixes on both devices, she knew that they had become a much bigger threat now.

Massaging the bridge of her nose, Hayate made a silent prayer in apology. With the fiasco of deploying all those units to the outpost since they were the closest, she had forgotten to consider that she should’ve had at least a unit on base in case something like this happened. Because of this oversight, nearly 40 mages needlessly died from their injuries, or were outright killed while another 20 or so were wounded and hospitalized. She had just sent Shamal a few hours ago to assist with the injured, but now she had to deal with this particularly big problem at hand.

Faiz was in the city, and no one had any idea of where she would strike next. She frowned when she had read the specifications of the devices. Familiar with a lot of speed-enhancement spells and devices, she knew that this would be a problem; 10 seconds normal time the two could easily run off to anywhere before people even realized their presence. Although there were the drawbacks to consider, it was still an effective system if used correctly could have deadly results. Then there was the fact they had also obtained the cartridge system. With the way it worked specifically for the gears of Smart Brain, they had just increased their fighting strength by at least 2-folds. With such a threat looming over the city, Hayate wondered what exactly Faiz wanted.

With this incident adding onto previous reports of encounters with Faiz, a lot of the upper echelons of the TSAB were not be happy with the results of this. Already Hayate could see that they were plans to launch a full investigation on the matter, in addition to wanting Faiz and Kaixa apprehended and tried for their crimes; most likely homicide and murder charges, and probably theft as well. Considering the amount of damage they caused and the people they killed, it would be no surprise to Hayate if they were either locked up with multiple life-sentences, or something of the kind. It had been decades since the TSAB had encountered this kind of criminal, if they even since the formation of the TSAB, and she had a feeling that this would not go smoothly as everyone attempted to play out this investigation, and the legal proceedings by ear.

“You really know how to cause a problem,” Hayate sighed. This was going to be a long while before this matter would be settled.

Opening up a window, she started up a draft for a new set of orders she was going to issue when everyone returned. She had to do something fast before someone in her unit got seriously hurt or worse, killed by Faiz. They were her responsibility and she’d be damned if she didn’t try to protect them.

Continuing to type, she glanced over towards her assistant. “Rein, could you please call in Tesla-chan?”

“No problem,” she happily replied and made the call.

Assuring in her request being carried out, Hayate turned back to her draft. One thing for certain was that Faiz and Kaixa were a big threat. With their speed, she wasn’t sure how anyone could fair against them. Then add on to the unknown factor of their strength, magical and combat capabilities, and the cartridge system, her teams could be in serious trouble if they didn’t have information.

A quiet chime pulled Hayate from her thoughts, alerting her someone was at the door. “Enter,” she replied.

The door immediately slid open, revealing Tesla. “You wanted to see me, mistress?”

“Tesla-chan, please come in,” Hayate warmly greeted, getting up from her desk and indicated to sit down on the couch. “Are you aware of what happened last night?”

“I was looking into it when you called,” she replied, undoing the ribbon holding her hair in a ponytail. Pocketing it, Tesla sat down on the chair and looked over towards Hayate. “I’m assuming my summoning is related?”

“Sharp as ever,” Hayate fondly commented, sitting behind Tesla and started to put her hair into a French braid. “I’d like you to take a look at the scene of the attack.”

“Collect information, pictures, any possibly video recordings and magical residue, and the like,” Tesla surmised, relaxing as Hayate continued to style her hair.

“Is there any real reason to call you in anymore?” Hayate sheepishly asked.

“You don’t get to play with my hair?” Tesla offered.

“Hmm…you’re right,” Hayate agreed. “I like styling yours and Signum’s hair.”

“Far too much at times,” Tesla sighed, earning a slap to the shoulder. “Hey!”

“Now, now, be nice,” Hayate cheekily chided.

“Yes mistress,” she sighed.

"So why do you waste time summoning your knight when she already knows what to do?"

"'Cause I like playing with her hair."

Hayate will be Hayate.

Karl aimed his gaze at the scene of the crime again and almost whistled at the destruction of his target by a single game coin travelling at Mach 3. Even though it had been a while since the incident in front of the bank resolved, seeing the famous "Railgun" in action was still a wonder even to the veteran warrior. She might have even outdone Fate in using electricity to hurl objects at that speed. The Belka knight moved his face from his rifle's scope and let a sigh of relief go.

"Looks like they didn't need any help, those girls. I'm calling this sector clear, resuming scout operation."

The gerbil named Rhyne beside him set down his nut. "Told you way before, didn't I? Judgement 117th are not even I dare to cross with."

"That's because you're a small house pet," the knight continued as he began taking apart his weapon.

"I have my perks, kid. I can sleep all day, hide in the girls' laundry basket and no one will say a thing. So I'm not complaini--" The rat cut himself off as he noticed his wingman stiffen. "What?"

"Did you hear that?" Karl spoke in a hurry and reached for his farscope.

Rhyne perked his ears up and strained. "You mean that motorcycle scream? It's pretty run of the mill if ya ask me."

"It's too familiar to me..."

Misaka heard it as well. She turned to look down the street where the growling whir of a scrambler grew as the golden-brown Kuroko slipped off her neck in sparking spasms. Uihara and Saten hurried over to pick the toasted department captain off the floor, but Misaka continued searching the distant corner, wondering what was this pressure she sense...

SCREEEEEEK!

The girls all jumped as a lone biker astride a two-wheeled machine almost completely doused in pink drifted around the block, leaving a trail of white smoke as she gracefully curved through the course and sped straight at them.

Karlheim dropped his farscope. "Good Kaiser no!"

Misaka found herself both admiring and twitching at the skillful yet reckless riding. And from the biege-orange vest over a white shirt and matching short skirt, it was obvious that the rider was her schoolmate from Tokiwadai Middle School. She was wearing a helmet --at least she did given her driving!-- there was no way that Ace could tell who she was. The green tag of Judgement on her sleeve told her nothing, in fact made it even harder for her to guess. Even the rider's presence felt rather foreign...

It then dawned on her that this newcomer was still bearing down on them at full tilt! She turned to the cluster of girls to get them to move out of the way when she noticed that the bike had shifted to its side and begun to impossibly skid-slide on its wheels. Saten, Misaka, and a few on-lookers, had their jaws to the floor as the stuntrider came to a perfect stop a car's length from them; surprisingly, Uihara and Kuroko were not fazed one bit. The rider vaulted off the vehicle like a gymnast, flashing her white underpants for all to see before making a ten-point landing.

Good lord, have some decency! Misaka becried mentally as the biker came running up. The latter's pink headgear dematerialized and silver-white locks fell out.

"Shirai-chan! Uihara-chan!" She came up panting. She then turned to Misaka having just caught sight of her, greeted her with a hurried hi! and carried on, "Sorry! I came as soon as I heard! Are you alright? Who did this to you?!"

"I-it's nothing..." Kuroko replied a little weakly. "I just had a ride of my life..."

The red-eyed Tokiwadaian turned her attention to the smoking ruins of the bank. "And the incident...?"

"It's been settled already," replied the captain as she dusted herself off. "All thanks to Onee-sama!"

"I see..."

"Eto..." Misaka began, face still twitching in disbelief. "Who are you?"

"I'm just a passing-through magical girl!" She beamed back without skipping a beat.

Mikoto found herself pondering how did that girl use passing-through and magical girl in the same sentence, or that she even called herself a magical girl!

Kuroko noted Misaka's surprise. "This is another backup member of 117th Judgement, though as an outrider she's just attached to the group. Kaprika von Touareg!"

Shirai then leaned closer and whispered, "Unlike you, she's showing signs of healthy development, and doesn't wear strange things under her--"

Misaka socked the little girl across the top of her head and stopped the perverse infomercial.

Meanwhile, Rhyne asked, "Just who is she?"

As his mind raced through a list of who in the Saint King's name would include that girl in the TSAB's undercover task force, Karlheim could only dead-pan, "my baby sister."

...inspired by the end of a certain episode about a certain scientific railgun in a certain random crossover as the result of a certain khrack attack.

Sounds like Kaprika is going to get along with Keroko juuust fine. So far, so good.

Looks like it’s shaping up to be a beautiful day to be outdoors today isn’t it George?”

“Indeed Naru, it looks like things are going to cooperate for lunch today here in the City of Towers. Temperatures are looking to remain in the lower seventies throughout the lunch hour as people head out to hit the major spots on Sinclair Avenue and along Marina Parkway…”


Its funny how many parallels you find when you examine two civilizations that are completely unrelated to one another…

They say that necessity is the mother of invention. And when you look at two civilizations of humans, however separated they may be in terms of history, culture, and dimensional location, the needs remain the same. Thus, it is by no mere coincidence or leap of logic that the exact same ‘inventions’ would be made without any kind of interaction between the two, let alone influence one another.


The Mid-Childan Ocean and Atmospheric Evaluators, or MOAE as they are called, would be one such example. The proverbial parallel to Earth’s NOAA, they would be responsible for all things pertaining to weather forecasting and the monitoring of meteorological and oceanic events across all of Mid-Childa. An important part of the day for a population in the billions, they prided themselves on accurate and up-to-date weather modeling.

The significance of this however, was pretty much lost on little Vivio as she snacked on an apple slice.

Several paragraphs of ramble before you even know what's going on... But I'm getting into this idea that every time I cut to a Vivio POV for the first time in a chapter, it has to start from her watching TV.

It's amazing how you can replace Vivio wit the average watcher of Nanoha, who don't even stop to blink at the hundreds of strange similarities of these completely different cultures.

From gloves to bow to boots, technically. And yeah, Carth is the model for Keith. I was looking for a father and Carth just... clicked. It's not a recent thing either, he's been Syn's father since V2.1, I just never really revealed him.

I think what is more amazing, Keroko, is how many jokes I slipped into that little piece alone. All while playing a straight face.

Though the punchlines for some of them them aren't written yet. If you read this with no context, you miss Naru, you won't understand George, most people won't get MOAE is a play on 'moe'. And without context, you won't spot the fact that Vivio's starting a scene almost the exact same way her last introduction started.
And a classic 'none of this has anything to do with the scene' bit.

Winlaf was found wandering the streets of Volgograd in Russia when she was nine years old. With no additional information, except her name, she was taken into the state’s care for about five months before Borotchov Yenskil came by and put her up for adoption.

This Borotchov was a sergeant in a private army, working for an unknown private military contractor. He took her into his care and trained her from a very young age in the ways of combat and survival, preparing her for a life in hell. The contractor he worked for, Yoklinks Associates, had a few years prior begun specializing in child soldiers and Winlaf was to be the fifty-sixth that they had recruited from various orphanages in Russia.

This went on for two years, Winlaf becoming more adept at her work, but also beginning to shut herself off from the outside world, until the Russian government completed their investigation. A joint operation was set into motion, led by the FSB supported by soldiers from the Spetznaz, to bring the leaders of Yoklinks Associates down and to court.

The operation itself was a success, but the casualties were far higher than anticipated. The contractor had decided to try and erase all its evidence when they were found out and hence began a “purge”. All child soldiers trained were to be executed by their respective caretakers and all their information burned. How the leaders were thinking still isn’t clear, but while they managed to kill almost forty-two of the child soldiers, the rest managed to be rescued; Winlaf being one of them.

From there on, Winlaf, now with life experience and knowledge a normal thirteen year old wouldn’t have, travelled around in Russia for a few months. Her mission, a goal she had set for herself, was to find her parents. With only her surname to go on, the task was a mighty one. However, she believed her parents – for some reason - lived in Moscow, which then became her next target.

Unfortunately, her leads resulted in nothing. She roamed Moscow for a while before figuring her life was maybe not worth anything. With thoughts of suicide now roaming in her head she found an abandoned apartment building and settled down. Her pistol, which she had owned ever since she was taken into the care of Borotchov, was put to her head and the trigger pulled.

The events afterwards is uncertain, but through some miracle the bullet had missed her brain; a miscalculation on her part. It had only knocked her out and when she came too she was in some kind of medical facility, but with technology she had never seen before. Not trusting the doctor that was taking care of her, she escaped the facility and came upon the streets of Cranagan.

Thrown into a new world she had never seen or dreamed about, she ran to the outskirts in a state of panic and made herself at home in an old, closed factory. From there she draws out her plans; both to find her parents and to rid the world of people like those who turned her into what she is. Her reasoning for doing so is unknown.

Spoiler for Personality:

Probably the hardest part of her to define, but she shows traits of paranoia and schizophrenia. She is ruthless in how she extracts information and couldn’t care less about human life, including herself, neutralizing anything that opposes her. She is a weak individual hiding behind a strong front, and she hurts herself to remind herself about it.

Winlaf would probably be classed as a masochist, as the pain she gives herself is often a response to what she did to someone else and the pain brings her a peace of mind or satisfaction. The different ranges by which she hurts herself by differ, but simply drawing a little blood doesn’t cut it. She has numerous stab and shot wounds that are self-inflicted on her body. Breaking a limb or twisting an ankle would also be remedies. She has been close to dying from her self-inflicted wounds several times, but always recovers by some strange procedure.

When she is not conducting information extraction or something else she needs to do, she is an avid lover of various electronic music and is essentially an audiophile. She wears her headphones almost every time of the day and will go into complete rage if they get damaged, as the music shuts all the horrible noise and stalking voices out. It has on occasion happened that she has done a job, blasting human skulls into pieces of meat, while listening to psychedelic trance or similar.

This is obviously a disadvantage, but trying to talk her out of it, for whatever reason, would probably end in another casualty.

Spoiler for Combat:

Winlaf doesn’t like hands-on approaches and depends on her pistol to resolve situations. This has made her an excellent shot, but a really lousy melee combatant, which is a paradox considering her training. Her skills lay mainly in stealth and marksmanship.

However, she also posses knowledge of certain interrogation techniques that wouldn’t be acceptable in today’s world and she has a good knowledge of anatomy. She, as most living beings, possesses a Linker Core, but its potential is undetermined. So far she has never used magic.

Spoiler for Weapon:

The Stalikov 70 has been in her hands for almost three years and is the only gun she has ever used. It’s a single-action, semi-automatic pistol firing 9 mm rounds and its clip holds fourteen of them. It comes with additional equipment, including a laser sight and a prototype silencer, which makes the noise it makes almost inaudible. Winlaf calls it Tanya.

Due to the lack of ammunition on Mid-Childa, considering the ban, she has to depend on black market businessmen to get a hold of her goods and additional supplies.

She also has a combat knife that she stole from Russian soldiers back on Earth. She rarely uses it in combat, except for emergencies, and prefers to use it on herself instead.

Spoiler for Miscellaneous:

- The headphones she wears are a pair of A8 K-Techs, connected to an MP3 (unknown brand) she carries on her waist.

- Her favorite DJs are Astral Projection, Andy Hunter, Fluke and Paul Oakenfold. She has not yet discovered the music on Mid-Childa.

- Her favorite song is Absurd by Fluke.

- Lacking proper schooling, her skills in foreign languages is severely lacking. Except for her native language, she only speaks English - the sole foreign language she knows somewhat - in a heavy Russian accent, but she does understand spoken English to some degree. She can neither read nor write in any foreign language however.

Which Keroko? The Tokiwadai one, or the Takamachi one?

Like the Tokiwadai one, Kaprika's AIM field and relevant testing of her powers place her at level 3. She is an Emulator, being able to recreate the powers of another ESPer she has met and observed before. However, her rank shows how limited her skill is. She needs great effort to even recreate 1 ESPer's powers, so she picks and chooses. Thus far, she only has 10 ESPs recreated, is unable to retain any more ESPowers for now, and even then they are all somewhat weaker than the originals. While Level 2 are no major threat, she would struggle to keep up with a Level 3 power head-on.

That insane riding was a recreation of a biker named Rider, one of the 10. The rest are Saber, Berserker, Jester, Avenger...

Onto the magic side of things. After her tour at Riot 6, she was assigned to an investigation force on Academy City because of her powers as a Factor. Testing using reconstructed equipment confirmed that Kaprika would show up as an ESPer on AIM Field testing, making her a prime candidate to be embedded in the student population. Being 13 years of age, that's how she ends up in Misaka's class. Her hobby is photography, and even though her AIM Field messes with the photos she takes, it would still be a valuable insight into Academy City.

Other TSAB personnel are involved in this operation. Keroko, Tesla, Fate and Teana have been embedded as teaching staff in Tokiwadai. Aurion and Shari have infiltrated FutureTech Laboratories. And Kia has hacked a backdoor into Tree Diagram (she won't get everything by the time Index blows it up however).

As more opportunities arise, more personnel would be shipped in.

While I do see what you're trying to do by making her an emulator, I think it's also leaping towards sueness. A limit I would impose on her powers is that she can only copy powers temporarily, and any new power she copies overwrites the old one.

Ah never mind then. I was trying to fit her into that situation, as she is a Factor and so shares many similarities with ESPers, but at other places does not conform. Kaprika is ultimately a homonculus/artificial psychic who has stored within her the 10 types of Ancient Belka Servant defense programs after all. Nothing like the rules of Railgun World. However, at least she has a detectable AIM Field, and not like any of the other characters I could choose from, who show up as Level 0 and probably can't gain access anywhere useful.

This "sue-ish" ESPer was created as I need to conform to both Railgun World rules, and her own character rules which was never meant for Railgun World in the first place. I agree this current state is too much still, so I'll change:

Reinforcer, an ESPer able to strengthen anything in contact with herself with psionic power. As her rank suggests, her powers are limited to her own body, so while she has superhuman strength, stamina, resilience and vitality, she cannot apply that trait to other bodies. Her power allows her to operate heavy machinery with ease, and Kaprika herself is adept at riding a motorcycle, so after joining Judgement is assigned to 117th as mounted crisis-response agent. She is authorized to carry heavy weapons like multiple rocket launchers and portable ion cannons for the team, if the need arises. Her small size hides her incredible toughness, something street thugs only find out after breaking their fists.

Kaprika is only using 1 of her Servant data programs, the Berserker program "Heracles". It's her most basic and familiar program, hence Kaprika chooses him to be her main power while under cover. Kaprika still has access to her other porgrams, but using them will raise questions and ultimately blow her cover. However, when few are watching, and when absolutely necessary, she will pull them out. In the meantime, she'll try and get by with just Berserker.

I was trying too hard to get everyone involved and not reduce this to a one-OC affair when it's supposed to be a crossover.

I'll still drop Fate and Teana into Tokiwadai because no sane person runs a freshly-minted trooper solo in a potentially dangerous environment on her first major deployment!

But Keroko and Tesla would be assigned to coordinating support elements and general oversight, including evacuation of operatives when things go pear-shaped (which they will).

Aurion and Shari will be slotted into a lab, there's so many any one in Academy City should do.

Well, you could say it's Shamsel artwork in general, as (except glowing eyes and a recolored BJ) he doesn't look any different in Dark General form.

His Barrier Jacket design was approved by Xgouki, but the design of Tuebor was not (sadly I was unable to contact Xgouki). Well I tried to work with the discription as closely as I could, I hope I didn't make any big mistakes.

Next should be Hel or Carnage, but I don't know if I should make artwork for them.
I mean, Hel is just Hayate with different eyes and Carnage... *shrug* I friggn' posted Elric pics all over the thread.

Normaly I copy the Nanoha style for the eyes but the DGs are an exception as thier eyes glow. This is also the reason why the eyes don't have any light reflections.

Magic system: Lune-Malica (Descended from the same magic system as Mid-Childa)

Being descended from the same origin as Mid-Childa, due to its many similarity to Mid-childa and also due to its steep learning curve, not many people even bothered to learn Lune-Malica. Why learn something so difficult when you can get almost the same result by learning something easier?

All Lune-Malica users generate magic particles called Wicked Dust. At short duration the dust may appear to do nothing at first but over a certain period of time, the Wick Dust will begin to reveal its true horror. Different Lune-Malica user possesses Dust with different effects and is immune to their own wicked dust but is still affect by wicked dust generated by others. Wicked Dust is one of the very few things which separate Mid-childa from Lune-Malica.

Just like a left-hander attempting to write with right hand and a Right-hander attempting to write with right hand, once a Mage learned Mid-childa, they find it difficult to convert to Lune-Malica and vice versa. Although it is not completely impossible to learn both but it definitely take quite some time.

Gust Trigger (Type T) (Incubator Device):
In its Sealed form, it is a simple T-shaped pendant which he hangs around his neck or on his belt sometimes. Like its name suggested, the device automatically activate Aeror's barrier jacket when a strong gush of wind brush against it in this form.

In its active form, it is a T-shape gun like device (the barrel was the horizontal line while the grip was actually the vertical part of the T). Below the grip was an extremely durable serrated blade with the ability to cut magic. Despite of its durability, if one is willing to spam enough high level spell at it, it will still break eventually. He holds Type T with his Left hand.

Scarf of Justice (Auto Defense): The red Scarf included in his Barrier Jacket is actually an auto-defense mechanism which automatically attacks any foe within its range. Capable of grabbing things from a distance

Assault force Shoes: Small spikes on his shoes modify the force between the sole and the surface which enable him to traverse through almost any surfaces including completely vertical ones and even water.

Wind-chime (Resonance Tuner):
Named after the sound it produce once it is activated and ready to be use.

Resonance Tuner is a mysterious device of unknown origin. For some unknown reason (probably due to pre-programmed protection system), analysis, recreation, copying or reverse engineering of this device is impossible.

Through direct interfacing with a mage's linker core, it not only temporary boost a mage's performance but also maximize the effectiveness any form of magic to a point where the specialty of the magic system will appear (example: The effect of Lune-Malica's Wick Dust appears faster while Mid-childa mage can gather his/her mana faster).

Another known ability is that it allows the use magic in a total AMF condition. Nobody knows how the deed was done.

There are still other unknown functions within the device but due to the lack of an instruction and the inability to analyze this device, these functions would most likely to remain lost forever.

However none of these advantages do not come free. As long as this device remain activated, it will continuously drain away a mage's mana and due to direct interfacing with linker core, a mage may also end up physically exhausted to the point of total immobilization even if the mage did not do anything. The more power the mage draws from this device, the faster his/her magic and physical strength depletes.

Also, although it is possible for the user to manually switch it off, it is impossible to activate the device as and when you wanted... Exactly how to force-activation the device remains a mystery though its frequent users have a rough idea how to do so.

Currently there is only one of its kinds in TSAB. Another two are floating around somewhere in the Black-market, disguised as some other devices.

Specialization: All-rounder and Anti-magic

Combat style: A mostly well-balance mage who often end up leading his opponent into thinking that he is a perfect mage without any weakness (which is not really true). Extremely versatile and with his deflecting, anti-magic capability, he is capable of taking down multiple mages easily however against mages who are master in close-combat, he will have difficulty fighting them due to the fact that he is not as skill as them in term of close-combat.... his close-combat capability are slightly higher than average at the best.

Confident of his own ability, Aeror would not use the Resonance Tuner unless there is an urgent need to. For him, Resonance Tuner is not part of his power and therefore, any power granted by it is not his true power and capability.

Oscillating Shooter: Shooter spell which.... bounces like a ball.


Rapid Shooter: Simple but fast shooting spell


Cutting wind: An invisible blade fired from the blade of the host device that cuts.


Crash Landing: A powerful anti-defense spell which would be made even more devastating if his opponent put up a shield by forcing the shield to ram into his opponent before actually performing the seal break. Due to the nature of the spell, high collateral damages are expected. Usually follow up by Crash Breaker to end the battle quickly to reduce the numbers of collateral damages.


Crash Breaker: A simple yet effective, short to mid range Breaker level spell.


Blade shield: create a sharp shield in front of him to break through magic defense(shield or barrier only), less powerful than Crash-landing with no ramming effect but less collateral damages.


Flux Cannon: The mage is capable of using the cannon beam as a whip.


Dust Buster: Gather all wicked dust to fire it as normal Straight cannon Spell.

Shooting Sonic: A simple long range straight cannon spell.

Cursed Branding (Curse, Close Ranged): A mysterious spell which places a cursed mark on a single enemy, causing all offensive magic to be attracted to him/her as if the mage is a magnet. In the ancient days, this spell used to be terrifying considering the fact that it was difficult to remove but nowadays, thanks to something known as Barrier Jacket, the curse will automatically be broken when the cursed mage was hit by a magic attack. Alternatively, the mage can also try resetting the barrier Jacket (cancelling and reactivate it again).

Backfired(Short term Curse, Close Range): With correct timing, this magic convert all magic boost into magic damages instead.

Wild Reversal: Using the power of wind to slam something into another solid object.

Wicked Dust: Brittle (Default)
Harden Magic and turn them into solid but brittle objects. This allows him to grab weak offensive magic, throw magic like a ball, run on straight beam cannon or breaking defense magic like glass. Because of the passive barrier generated by the Barrier Jacket, over-exposure to the dust will immobilize a mage as the passive barrier harden into stone-like substance.

Spore Buster: A ranged Spell which does zero damages but upon contact will continuous damages the enemies until Wind-Chime deactivate

Absolute Sonic Burst:Power-up version of Shooting Sonic. Now generate a shock wave which strike few second later.

Cursed Lock(Curse, Close Ranged): A mysterious spell which places a mark on a single enemy, causing all Aeror's offensive magic or Wicked Dust to be attracted to him/her as if the mage is a magnet. Unlike Curse Branding, the cursed mark created by this, persists until Wind-Chime deactivate.

Zero Shield: Anti-Magic shield functions like AMF but in shield form.

Always appeared to be tire, he is usually good natured, calm and even seed smiling most of the time, Quite playful at times, he is known to play pranks or telling lies whenever he is in a really good mood. Not a guy who wanted others to worry about him, he usually bottle up negative emotion within him.... the result is disastrous (just continue reading this entry)


While it is normally difficult to make him angry but not totally impossible, just keep annoying him when he is really tired until he snapped. Alternatively, you could just keep inviting him for a drink, he will always keep refusing until his anger exploded.

If you did manage to make him angry, congratulation, you have just earned a one way trip to the hospital. Having bottled all the stress and negative emotion within him, he literally exploded with super human strength whenever he is angry. Thankfully, he usually give enough warning that he is in a bad mood... those who chose to ignore those warning usually deserve it.


Not a calculating person and would normally forget a grudge after a day or two... unless you attempts the same thing again.


An extremely stubborn at times, he simply refuses to acknowledge his own mistake sometimes, but at the same time, he refused to blame anyone for it. Once he made up his mind, changing it is a little difficult.


Whenever people asked him about what happen during his last expedition, Aeror would always try to avoid the topic by ignoring or diverting the topic. If all else fail, he would lied about it.

Pre-StrikerS events:
There is nothing interesting about his childhood. Inspired by an old advertisement of Time-Space Exploration Guild, he joined the guild at a very young age despite of his parents protest and work there for years until a certain event happened.

During StrikerS:
Nobody other than those who experienced it knew what transpired during his last expedition, trapped in an inhabited world, he and his fellow explorers were found days later. Traumatized, all of them refuse to recall what had happened during that period of time. It was during this period that Aeror picked up Wind-Chime but he could not remember how he acquired the device.

After StrikerS:
Returned to Mid-childa, His friend managed to convinced him joined TSAB's newest division, Special Enforcer which he did. To celebrate his new position, Cruiser invited him for a drink and he ordered the same drink as Cruiser but unfortunately for him, his friend happened to be a drinker with Guinness level of alcohol tolerance. Needless to say, the concoction landed Aeror in a coma for a few weeks in after which he sworn off from all alcoholic drinks.

Parents: His relationship with them is best described by Aeror as stormy though nobody know if he means it literally... (His family is among the top hundred strongest wind affinity users) or not so literally, though it appeared to be leaning toward the latter than the former but based on the weather report, both statement appeared to be true.

Velo Vintage: His Superior but he always pretends that he does not know him.... for obvious reason.


Cruiser Impreza: childhood friend and buddy, Aeror always play prank on Cruiser, telling him various lies which Cruiser naively believes but when Aeror needs his help, he would not hesitate to help him.

Journa Softtail: Friend from his days as Time-Space Exploration Guild. Aeror always tried to encourage this guy to quit his job but Journa always misinterpret his intention...... needless to say, Journa pissed him off sometimes.

Red eyes: According to legend, due to having a demon sealed in Arch-Lune, everybody from Arch-Lune have red right eyes. The color of the other eyes is always the color of their magic.

True Nature of Lune-Malica: In Mid-childa, magic is prepared as program while in Lune-Malica, magic is prepared as a Computer Virus.


Gust Trigger: If Aeror is holding on to Type T Where is Type G? Type G is still under repair after he wrecked it in a mission. He had probably forgotten about it.

Handedness: Aeror is actually ambidexterity.... but because he always hold Gust Trigger (T-type) and write with his left hand, most people think he is left-handed. Until they see him signing his signature using right hand.

Yay! My first post here!

I decided to post Aeror's profile first because.... I spent the most time modifying his profile....

The basic idea about Aeror revolved around the idea of a mage who lack of Belka system but substitute it with something else. Though I think Aeor is still a little on the Gray Stu side though


Anyway, compared to other characters I planned for his story, He is actually one of the more 'normal' one.... other are somewhat abnormal.....

Just read their summary:

Cruiser Impreza (I actually had completed his profile): Best Friend who always tried to act like a male lead in shoujo manga thanks to a certain person's advice. A impossibly nice guy.... serious.


Velo Vintage: The director of Special Enforcer. He possesses no magic but in exchange he is 100% immune to magic. Because of the special situation of unison devices, most people would thought he is a pedophile who goes after young children, but the truth is, he is actually more of a unison-devices-phile.... he go after unison device. When asked why, he would usually answer "why not".

A strong believer of "love no boundaries". The problem: his "no boundary" is a little too boundary-less... (To him, there is absolutely nothing wrong about: Gay, Incest, pedophile, necrophilia....etc ).


Reise and Iter: Rank D mages who worked in a coffee shop in TSAB's headquarter as waitresses. Iter is the normal one while Reise worries more about inanimate objects than the safety of others.

Unique point about them: Reise use armed device but uses Midchildan magic while Iter uses storage device but uses Belkan magic and when they does use their magic, their rank jumped to 'A+'.


The plot of Aeror's story had been work out, just performing some adjustment and adding fine details. Because Aeror's story is a side-story, I am still thinking of ways to add as many Canon Characters as possible. So far... I think Vivio, Fate and Teana are the ones most likely to appear in his story than other characters.

As for Fanon... his story is actually made such a way that some Original Characters could fit in just fine. All I need is their creators' permission and some help to get the personality of the characters right...

Since this is a profile, I think it's better if you actually explain what Cyclone's Wicked Dust can do. It's a profile, so this is a good place to use for reference when we want to do something with it. It's making me think of Kagami Kyoji's Diamond Dust though.I take back what I said, it was listed in the Spells\Supportive section. Also, I don't think the left-hander/right-hander example is a good analogy. We have the abidexterous, the cross-handed, and those who practice hard enough with their non-dominant hand to be able to use it well. So unless you can say the same can be applied to Mid-C and Lune-Malica..

Also, wind Conversion Affinity, eh? I guess that means I can cast my doubts aside now and go ahead with integrating it into a side character of mine that I AHVE NOT BEEN WORKING FOR GOOD...

As for the Resonance Tuning thing that Wind-chime has... The AMF is something like sliced bread. It is sacred, and you only meddle with it when you have to. Being able to fully counter an AMF while passing it off as "No one knows why" is going to raise some eyebrows here. And then there's the power maximising thing, that opens another can of worms altogether...

As for the spells, I'll leave it to someone else to pick it up and comment. It's 0243hrs on my side now, and I really ought to be sleeping
