I think even in the manga its clear he likes moka more. Even if he doesn't state it, its present in his actions. He always puts her first, and is constantly thinking of her, plus she's the only girl hes told his family about from school.

In the manga it's presented better with inter-actions and words of praises in both parties. Though Tsukune is always charmed by the other girls most of the time he forgets himself.

Lol any self respecting male would lose himself if boobs are being thrusted into his face, or more than 2 women at a time pulling you back and fourth. I think its common that happens to him, least i know i wouldn't be able to hold my composure as good as he does lol.

I want to predict that towards the end of the series Tsukane's vampire blood is going to surge and the holy lock will fail and only the girls screaming his name or Inner Moka grabs hims and hugs him is when his will power and composer takes complete control over the vampire blood in his veins.
