Since Google Image Search (where you drag and drop the image) is a god, I did a dig and found that Daisu posted that image just over a year ago in the Manga thread:

Does the image have to be in a certain format in order for it to work?

Does any1 have a good wallpaper of that moment when Rena reaches her arms out to K1 beating her and says "trust me" or something along those lines. I know I used to have one (albeit low quality) but I can't seem to find it and ever since i read the part over in the SN I wanted to make it my bg
