In the beginning of the LN he was only 175cm tall which is 5' 7" tall which is pretty average.

If my eyes don't deceive me, I'd say that it's still Kana Ishida. The official Rettousei illustrator.

The one doing the Reminiscence manga art? Nope, it's a new artist, Waki Ikawa.
Ishida is only doing the illustrations for the LN.
