yeah was a hilarious anime with a quite a number of ecchi,
but that anime plot was like Simpsons,
whenever they got serious suddenly some random event happens

The best ecchi harem animes in my opinion:

KissXsis - about this guy living together with his two stepsisters who are both in love with him, but chosing between them isnt easy ( definetly one of the ecchiest animes ive seen so far

)

To-Love-Ru - really good anime, very ecchi aswell. About a human boy getting engaged to a alien princess against his will, but he cant say no cause if he does, the earth will be destroyed. (Its science fiction with a little action from time to time

Rosario + vampire - about a human boy (Tsukune.. i think) who, by a mistake winds up going to a school for monsters. There he meets a vampire girl and they (kind of) fall in love. However alot of other girls fall in love with Tsukune and tries to seduce him :P
(also a really good mix of ecchi stuff with action aswell.. ooh and chicks ;D)

Currently watching MM! it's good rather original as well. The main char is a masochist, but he wants to cure it so he can lead a normal love life. Most of character have some kind of interesting "issue" they have to deal with.
