-_- I did post before that it's nice. It will be having 2 cours but then someone says that it can't be fit in 1 cour so it's obvious to have 2 cours but what if it did ended up having 1 cour.

From the time this thread starts I already voted for at least 2 cour but that's speculation and it's just been confirmed recently to be having 2 cours.

The only voice I like better in Japanese is Fuuka's. Her English VA is much better in her other roles for some reason.

i migth be too much of a purist but i prefer the japanese dub all the way, i would say P3 had a good dub for most characters but p4 didnt do such a well job at that specially chie wich was just horrible, i had to get hold of the undub version,but its the same as i watch movies or us tv series i prefer they in the original english(im from colombia), not to mention thet the -san,-kun,-sempai dont work very good in english.

Not to mention the English Naoto doesn't sound very masculine.

However, I have to say that I absolutely hate Kugimiya Rei's tsundere loli voice, especially on a more mature character like Rise. If it wasn't for Horie Yui and Paku Romi, I would be inclined to play the English dub version.

but I like the japanese voices as well

Anyone play by Liam O'Brien, Yuri Loenthal, Johnny Yong Bosch and Vic Mignogna are likely better or at least on par with the Seiyuus. However, I have yet to find a single female VA that can match the emotions and intensity of their Seiyuu counterpart...Don't even mention Michelle Ruff, she's god awful (-_-; ).

P3 and P4 has every good male VAs out there, if it wasn't for the sub-par female voice acting (Fuuka and Yukari comes to mind), I would have like the english version much more.

Just slightly off topic, I am seriously hoping for the VA industry to develop here overseas. I mean we do have some really good ones for males (see above) but we are severely lacking in female ones. I personally am not a big fan of Michelle Ruff at all, but I cant deny that she is one of the top female VAs in the industry. The quality just seen so...lacking when compared to the Japanese industry, I know part of it is due to cultural difference (squeaky "cute" style voice simply does not work in English), but I feel there is something else missing for these female VA before they can match their male or seiyuu counterparts.

Just watched the trailer, gotta say that the music is still awesome, as expected from Mr. Meguro.

I don't think they'll skip out Naoto; Naoto's an important character for P4, and Naoto is my favourite along side with Yu, Chie, Yosuke.

If they didn't they prolly might come out with a 2nd season? just sayin'

Probably the number one thing about this that interests me the most is that fact that the protagonist has his own identity in this adaptation. He's not just an avatar that represents the player in the game anymore. It should be interesting to see just what exactly his personality is.

Since this is only a 2 cour series, I'm not expecting to see all the social links completely fleshed out, but it would be nice to see them at least reduced to cameos.

Spoiler for Persona 4 Game spoilers: I have some doubts about this going all the way to the true ending with Izanami just because of the length. It would be the most logical route I'm sure, but part of me thinks they might just end it after the conflict with Adachi and Ameno-sagiri. Despite that though I'm confident they'll go all the way to Izanami. __________________
