Its Sonchou, They were Animeforevers FMA team, but they broke away and are now doing it under their own name.

They were good, but I switched to Keep-ANBU.

I saw the sonchou release for ep28. You know what those guys are good. I daresay as good as ANBU-Keep

Not really. I watched episode 28 from them as well, there are a couple mistakes and general quarks throughout it.

I was generally disappointed with the Sonchou sub. They seem to be sacrificing quality for speed.

I saw their Ep.28 sub as a 'filler' between the RAW and Keep-ANBU's versions TBH.

Indeed, AKeep-ANBU put more work into their sub, but I like Sonchou's font more ^^ Still, the long-term subs that I will watch over and over will be AKeep-ANBU.

By the way, those who have the Keep version, is their episode 29 title also Untainted Child, or something different? Thanks.

Resembool

While we're on the subject... Am I the only one who gets annoyed with ANBU/Keep writing "Resembool" all the time? Wasn't it "Rizenbul" in the beginning? I think they changed it in episode 25 or something. Rizenbul sounds a lot better and like a real city. Resembool is just plain weird.

Anyone who knows WHY they changed it?

The reason they changed it is that in Newtype (USA?) is was spelt Resembool. So that would be recongnized as the more "offical" spelling.

Sonchou [ when they were under Anime-Forever's name ] did a great job with the series.

However, They fell several episodes behind [ 5 or more Eps I think, not positive ].

I said screw that and went to KeepANBU.

The ONLY think I like about Sonchou over AkeepANBU is that Sonchou translate it as " Law of Conservation ", which sounds much nicer and more.. Realistic than ANBU " Principle of equivilant trade "

except that to conserve is completely different than for something to be equivilent, and equivilent fits with the entire premise of alchemy in this series. Not saying that Sonchou is necessarily translating the word wrong, however the context is far different.

I agree with Lamer; "principle of equivilant trade" sounds more suitable.

What's "Newtype"? Is that a magazine? I just think Rizenbul sounded more realistic than Resembool.

By the way, it's spelled: Equivalent not "equivilent" or "equivilant".

Newtype is indeed a magazine.

As for my spelling, who really gives a shit? Its better than "eqivlant" which is something I've seen in my history on the internet.

equlavyant.

Yay! Eye spealed guuded!!

NewType is an anime magazine, One that last I checked was a grossly overpriced Anime Magazine [ 80 bucks for a year subscription? I'd rather have 3 years of Shonen Jump.. ]

theres only 2 groups fan subbing FMA. hmmm with it being licensed and all, I am sure someone will still fansub it. I mean if they Just got licensed we have like a whole 6 - 8 months to a year before they start a season. or finish it for that matter. sucks because by the time we could have had the rest of the 51 - 52 episodes fan subbed :-( is this sonchu(sp) any good in fansubbing i seen a list and saw someone named AX and tkm? Can always find an up and coming group to do better or satisfactory work. i agree with the equivalent trade sounds better.
