Mature Yuri manga

I'm looking for, as the title suggests, yuri manga whose content is mature - graphically or emotionally(not that most are not) or even better, both.

NO yuri undertone crap. It has to be the central focus of the manga. And if possible, I would be glad if the manga is a bit long.

As for what I've already read.....

Shoujo Sect
Girl Friends
Prism
Kimi Koi Limit
Marriage Black
Hoshikawa Ginza District 4
I fell in love for the first time

Thanks in advance

I suggest you looking at Octave, where yuri is the central theme of the story.

Seconding Octave that was an excellent one dealing with relationships, dreams, and finding oneself. there's also:

Kuchibiru Tameiki Sakurairo, Gokujou Drops, Renai Idenshi XX, and Kuchibiru ni Suketa Orange

When you said mature, do you means 18+ contents?

Either way i got a few names, if i was at my desktop , i probably can give more :
  • Ebisu-san and Hotei-san (SFW throughly, the story is quite simple, but the art and thepace, somehow it's top on my list ahead of other more famous tittle). 6 chapters or so.
  • Blue Drop (probably already heard or read it, some NSFW, not focus onto yuri, but the lore of that universe is quite interesting). 4-5 really long chapters
  • Marriage Black(very simple storyline, love the arts and the characters through, almost SFW). 4 chapters
  • I Fell in Love For the First Time (by Asagi Ryuu, really NSFW, almost pornography stuffs like Shoujo Sect). Around 4 chapters
  • Hoshikawa Ginza District 4 (same author with Shoujo Sect, but almost SFW till recent chapter, not sure if classed as mature through). Fairy long, like 20+

Then there's the more light hearted one like Flower&Flower and Strawberry Shake Sweet. But it's probably not classed as mature

Aoi Hana might look like the all girls school yuri-undertone only type of manga... but it's not, really. One of my favorite yuri manga, especially now that two certain people have gotten together.

As far as mature (as in no-frills serious) yuri manga is concerned, the first thing that comes in mind is Ching Nakamura's Gunjo.

The problem with yuri manga is, it's often short, and maybe it's best to read it based on author?

I will recommend three names, the newer author that have decent manga recnetly:
  • Otsu Hiyori
  • Ohtomo Megane
  • Kazuma Kowo

I think you are slowly consuming the whole yuri genre at this rate. Yeah it's that little

Edit: btw, it's not what you ask, but read this one-shot yuri "The Box of Letters" by Takahashi Mako. Sweet and creepy in the same time

Consider Sasameki Koto. It is emotionally mature, even though it takes place in a high school.

For light and amusing yuri reads (even with adult scenes), lately I'm reading the yuri portions of Takako Shimura's Happy-Go-Lucky Days. Best read with a cup of latte and acoustic guitar music.

Read that Octave one from the suggestions here, it was pretty good. But it kind of... just... ended. I was hoping for more!

The story was definitely amazing. I read it three times and I still enjoy the story to no end. Totally a must read for new or average Yuri readers.
