One of the reasons why she is included.....

Though I don't want her to be just Inami's love interest so probably add some personal touch to her.

A captain obvious who stated the obvious? (But also point of some ridiculous part of the story.... because its obvious even though other character didn't notice?)

Since you mention about Left-handed....
Actually has "Special Factor" to give her a metaphorical left-hand which kick into full drive in time of great stress/distress. Improved physical ability and stamina which appeared to look like Heroic Second Wind.

About the long order.....I have two paths
1. She actually eat a lot (Might combine with the fore-mentioned special factor, which forced her burn carbohydrate quickly whenever it trigger.)
2. She order for Inami

Golem doesn't have shield in the anime

Maybe the beam cut through the exposed joint, or something. However, to kill a golem means either brutalize its frame to kingdom come, or destroy the core, neither are easy to do.

Action sequences are always hard to write out. Balancing tedious yet necessary descriptions with the quick flow of the fight/battle is always the bane of many writers. elapsed time.

I'm more comfortable writing actions than harem antics though, this is bare bones, btw.

I must say, I compliment myself for making Chifuyu younger - the role of an Dandere fits perfectly to her! And there is also the problem of weight: We all don't want Ichika being crushed in the sleep by his naked sister, right?

The target of the cutting test rolled harmlessly as she stored her sword with inhuman speed, split into multiple parts without outside observer can realize it before they touched the ground. “You get even faster than before, Houki-chan” “Ah, yes, Yukiko-Obaasan” Houki nodded as her aunty passed her. She looked at the other sword hanging on her waist, the memento of her father, probably the only men she ever paid true respect. Hard working and always calm no matter what, even during the crisis ten years ago, social transition after it, as well as impossibly selfish daughter, he still have his soul as a warrior. For a while, Houki had lost the true sight of her path to become inheritor of Shinonono style. For a warrior, courage and power are necessity, but patience is a virtue. Perhaps even more than Icchan or Chifuyu, when it comes to sword duel. Insatiable battle lust, blazing under the scorching sun of the summer, the young samurai continues to press him despite his flat out superior strength. On the other hand, she’s impressed, with a little side amusement. Most people she fought, with exception like Chifuyu or Ichika, often chicken out due to the ferocity of her attack. This boy… just continue to fight and fight, as if he already read her moves two step ahead yet unable to react fast enough to compensate. Until he suddenly changed stance mid counter, and dashed forward. High voltage surrounding his blade made a buzzing sound and after effects from each swipe. “What?!” Suddenly become much more aggressive, he managed to stall her unending assault until he got a chance to counter and- SNIKT CRSSSH Houki’s barrier exploded, and for a moment, her absolute defense got scratched, taking thirty points out of her energy reserve. “Alright, ten minutes twenty five second” Icchan waved her shinai “Ichika win” “Ah” Houki nodded. “Ah damn it” Ikkun growled “I lost myself in the heat of battle and cheat, I’m sorry” “Huh?” Houki blinked “Cheating what?” “You didn’t use your sword’s special abilities” he noted “It’s unfair; I probably lose if you did” “Well” Houki said dejectedly, a little ashamed herself “Actually, I was too overconfident and should have used it the moment you use yours, I hope you don’t feel insulted” “Hey, it’s a test of character” Icchan pouted “If it was a real fight; everything will be resolved much faster. And I can safely say you have no chance, Ichika” “Yeah, true” Ikkun nodded. Houki clenched her fist, mentally noted “If he could last against me for so long in CQC… I think he’ll obliterate me in I.S. combat, no exception” It’s not like Houki don’t know the extent of her piloting abilities, period. She had a LOT to do to catch up with Ichika and everyone else. Gospel mission prove that even the strongest I.S. in the world can only do so much in the hand of a total newbie like Houki. “It’s not the sword, but the people using the sword” __________________
