PSP Video Conversion

I am want to try to get videos to my PSP but I have a hard time trying to do that. I want to transfer videos and I have Format Factory and Any Video Converter somewhere but I don't what settings to use or even how to get the PSP to recognize the videos.

I recommend using the free software xvid4psp. Its main purpose is to convert your videos to a format that PSP reads. Very user friendly! I used it to covert some of my shows on to my PSPGo Link
