I've tried out both titles when they were new a few months back. Teatime's release is much better than Kiss's, offering more customizations in 3D from looks to sexual positions and reactions. Kiss's was just a purely 2D affair and most events are scripted with little variations, including the online components.

But the sad thing is Teatime IP locked their exchange server after getting hammering from people from China and Taiwan who are playing pirated copies of their game, restricting their online to Japanese IP only. The offline isn't bad, but it is not very optimised. You need a high end rig to run the game smoothly. You can bypass the IP block, but it involved some tricky setup of VPNs. Not worth the efforts in anycase.
