But it really isn't. "Its" is underlined in blue, which indicates a possible bad wording choice, while "it's" is underlined in green, indicating bad grammar. It basically means that "its" is correct, but it wants to make sure you're using the word you mean to use, so it's basically highlighting it and asking if that's what you meant.

More like certain word combinations confuse the program. There have been times where I have a perfectly grammatically correct sentence but M.Word keeps trying to tell me it's wrong.
I took AP English, I know how this shit works! Stop trying to correct it! [Ignore Rule]
