Just watched episode 33 and once again Ginyu amuses me in the preview for the next episode. Ginyu Tokusentai Kai would indeed be awesome.

I actually enjoyed Bulma's comedic moments in this episode. But yeah, I agree that we shouldn't be seeing any more of her for the next few episodes though.

Well, if you count the movies, then he's practically a mass murderer.

Another episode, another victim to Vegeta's bloody rampage.

And even after 30+ episodes now, I'm still suffering from DBZ-itis, where I'm half expecting the show to end on a cliff hanger to be dragged out in the next episode. But no, DB Kai delivers the goods. I love how they manage to cap off each ep with something significant happening. What a treat.

Yeah, the pacing in this episode was particularly well done. Just how I remember it from the manga.

RIP Jeice, the coolest Ginyu Force member. At least they made your death look kind of significant since it was the final event of the episode. A particularly good episode, too, with better pacing than last week.

Ginyu will probably be done with by the halfway point of next week. After that it's Shen Long time and then Frieza at last. It's gonna be great.

Yeah we should be seeing Shenlong next week, though i wouldn't be surprised if the episode ends as they're summing him.

Loved the new bits of animation in this episode, right after Ginyu=Goku powered up. Also love how Vegeta's little battle with Jeice was paced quite nicely.

Did anyone notice the pose that Ginyu stuck was reminiciscient of the one Jiraiya takes, Kishimoto really was influenced by DBZ

Gotta agree with you here, the pacing for this episode was on point and Vegeta's new found power was a treat to watch. The battle with Frieza is about to begin and it's gonna be a long ride from here on out.

Spoiler for Vegeta:

Yeah, Vegeta's fights in general have been superbly paced, often finishing off an opponent within a single episode (aside from Goku, of course). They're really nailing it with the quick-strike action scenes...no unnecessary BS here, just relentless and brutal violence, thank you.

Well, DBZ didn't really invent that either...they're both parodies of the sort of peking opera-style mannerisms. Despite being Chinese, my cultural knowledge is pretty pathetic, so it could possibly go back even further than that. But yeah, those type of poses/scenes aren't exactly rare in anime.

Ginyu didn't foresee the loophole.

Ginyu should have know better to swap bodies. Vegeta is just as ruthless as ever, killing of Jeice in the end of the episode. So is the dragon from Namek Super Shenlong, Porunga, or some other name?

So if anyone was wondering, the Frieza arc took 32 episodes to complete in DBZ. Kai apparently aims to do it in 15 1/2 episodes. Strap yourselves in, folks...it looks like we're in for a mad dash to the finale.

Come to think of it, that's going to be like 4 month's worth of Frieza...

Yeah pretty much. Of course i enjoyed the hell out of it, though it gives me goosebumps just thinking that we'll get to see it animated the way it should have been.

Now that I think about it, we're in for one hell of a ride. Boy, it's gonna be one epic battle after another.
