Well I started rereading the manga again and something got me thinking, why do you think Evangeline didn't teach Negi Magia Erebea when he was training with her in Mahora, does she think that Negi isn't going to be suitable to use or maybe she was worried that he wouldn't pass the test

.

I just find it strange that after saying that she will make Asuna and Negi like monsters she hasn't even mentioned about the existence of Magia Erebea ...

Well it's bugging me a bit, because

1.) I can't wait to see what her reaction will be after learning that Negi mastered ( and even surpassed her in some parts covered by ) ME.

2.) Well, after seeing what the encroachment of Magia Erebea looks like I can't shake the feeling that maybe what the side effects of using ME too much is that the user ( Negi ) is slowly turning from being human to some kind of demon or other type of spirit being. I'm probably thinking too much about it, but I can't just shake it out of my head ...

just reread Yuunas Chapter and got an interesting thought ... what are the chances that her Mom is amon those pertrified in the underground dungeon of Negi's Magic School

Well, could be but so far we don't know who beside Anya and her mother , Stan Ojiichan, Negi and his cousin Nekane lived in Negi's village. And i think that actually Nekane is a disguise for the mother of Negi. If you compare them, they look kinda similar don't they

Here is Nekane and here we have Arika. They look almost identical don't they ... that's why I think that Nekane is Akira in disguise.

It was mentioned back when ME was first introduced by Rakan that it had been an ability that Evangeline had used a lot when she weaker but then basically she sealed it away. I assume she never taught it to him because she expected him like herself to grow in strength past the necessity of the skill. At least that's how I see it.

Don't think so. More like she was involved in the "what happened 10 years ago" event. Well, I had that feeling after reading all Mc Guines (if I remember correct her name

Well, if you compare Arika's and Athanasia's adult illusion form appearence, all differences you find is their cloth and Kitty's smile (she always optimistic, don't you think?

The usual translator is likely tied up in the holiday so there's yet to come an translation ... it was left hanging for some time last year as well so it really shouldn't come as a surprise

I mean what else would shock everyone so much ... or am I just seeing things ... damn if we had a translation already ... anyway it seems that Negi's battle harem is finally showing the result's of there "training" So I can't wait for the translation ... and from the look of things it doesn't seem like Negi is in a condition to fight, I hope he is going to hold himself up, till they return to Mahora ... the sad thing is that the next chapter will be released in the new year, right ... which sucks a bit, but ... oh, well I will manage somehow ... at least we got a interesting chapter before the break ...

Chris38 Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2009 Location: Poland Age: 38	From the looks of it chapter 275 seems interesting ... well Spoiler for Chapter 275: It seems that fake Asuna is going to reveal her falseness soon, and at last Yue is back in action ... with how things are going on I think that she and the rest of her team ( I forgot their names ) will have to go to Madora with Negi and the rest of the girls, I think it's highly possible that they are going to have bounties on there head's as well ( Yue technically has one alredy ) ... so for me it seems like a interesting chapter already ... what I wonder is how they are going to keep Magia Erebea's side effects in check, becuase I don't think that they will be getting to Mahora soon ( with the way things are going on ... ) and Negi still has to rescue the real Asuna, which means that he has to get past Fate somehow ...
