I.. I don't know how to respond to that. It sounds like a way to instantly bypass all laws of difficulty of conceiving for Devils. And dragon power can just block the perverseness, allowing them to have sex as much as they want without Irina falling.. ...... what?

just imagine the horror of every girl having to fight/interact with Issei after this knowing he can impregnate them by just going bzuum with his eyes.
he could just impregnate random women on the street without them even knowing... it's a bit too messed up to be honest.

Even though Ise wouldn't do that... the power is too great for anyone to handle. Plus it would take away a specialty of actually having sex, being the possibility to get pregnant.
