Kakashi is more of a lightning or earth style user. But I don't think its filler, as Kakashi can copy any normal jutsu.

I have been researching it and i cant understand the nature of the sharingan and how it works with genjutsu in the latest chapter saskue used it to control manda but how what did he exactly do I'm very confused.

I suppose given that genjutsu effects the flow of blood and signals which the brain recieves it could also be plauseable to influence it in such a way that minipulates his movements and perceptions

As far as I know, and I would like confirmation, is that he can't use fire or wind.
Against Kakuzu's lighting jutsu he didn't use wind like he should have, but a double-handed brute-force chidori, so I'm pretty sure he can't use wind. I don't think he faced any pure wind based jutsus, so he might be able to use fire but hasn't used it yet, like Rahan pointed out.

say, dis Sasori wanted to die at the end? Chiyo mentioned that Sasori saw her last attack and the one who should have been defeated was her. But somehow he got stabbed and then it is pictured him lying dead against his parents.

i am assuming he wanted to die in the end after going through the battle when his parents was shown

In the manga they go into details about the use of elemental jutsus. From what's been suggested, a ninja can only use elements that he has an affinity with. Most ninjas have atleast one but it's not impossible for them to have 2 or 3... however based on kakashi's reaction to Kazuku's abilities, a ninja being able to use all 5 elements is down right unheard of... it may also suggest that Kakashi himself can't use all 5; perhaps meaning that kakashi can not copy techniques that he does not have the elemental affinity for... He can memorize the hands signs and everything, but is body just can't mold the chakra correctly, or something (whatever it is that determine elemental affinity and limits what elements they can use)

Thus far, in the manga, Kakashi has show strong lightning and Water affinity and weak earth affinity (the head hunter technique he used on Sasuke during the genin test, though simple, is considered an "earth release")... he has not shown the ability to use fire or wind

If that assumtion is true about kakashi and the elements is right, then we have yet another case of the anime team screwing up with their fillers...
