However, if you take a look at the other members of England's Supreme Federation and the Student Council, Thomas Shakespeare of 1966 doesn't fit in.
[12] Chancellor and Student Council President: Elizabeth - Queen of England from 1558-1603 [10] Vice-Chancellor: Robert Dudley - Robert Dudley, 1st Earl of Leicester [10] Student Council Vice-President: William Cecil - William Cecil, 1st Baron Burghley [9] Secretary: Ben Jonson - probably Ben Jonson [8] Assistant Secretary: Nicholas Bacon - Sir Nicholas Bacon [7] Treasurer: Charles Howard - Charles Howard, 1st Earl of Nottingham [6] Thomas Shakespeare [5-1] Francis Drake - Sir Francis Drake [5-2] John Hawkins - Admiral Sir John Hawkins [5-3] Thomas Cavendish - Sir Thomas Cavendish [4] Grace O'Malley - Gráinne Ní Mháille [3] Christopher Hatton - Sir Christopher Hatton [2] F. Walsingham - Sir Francis Walsingham [1] Walter Raleigh - Sir Walter Raleigh Most of these people are related to Queen Elizabeth I, whether they are among her favourites, politicians at the time of her reign, or navy-men who participated on the battle against the Spanish Armada (whose main admirals would have their roles taken by key members of Tres Espana). I'm pretty sure someone would be able to sort out why Thomas Shakespeare was named as such, unlike the mystery behind Miriam Poqou's name.

The way I see it, maybe he was probably based from William Shakespeare but with under a different name... since it seems to be the case with Toori and the gang anyway (and IIRC, you were the one to post the name inheritance for them at page 30)
Because historically speaking, William Shakespeare would fit the lineup like a glove

Horizon is the nuker glass cannon of Musashi. She uses the Mortal Sin Armaments, and she is the only one — aside from the Eight Great Dragon Lords — who can use them.
Based on the anime series, her best and only fight is when she used Lype Katathlipse against the Regno Unito, destroying it in one shot.

Whatever book they are using as Testament is not very accurate as their are plenty of errors in the history recreation as it is. People that should be dead are still alive, countries left out that played major roles etc. A wrong first name is minor compared to those :P

What does the Maska Orge do, by the way?
All I know is: > Steisos Porneia - creates a spherical area that disables all active abilities and prohibits the use of abilities while inside the area. Is in the form of a staff. Owned by Pope Innocentius. > Lype Katathlipse - can destroy anything that has its image reflected onto it, and can cause a similar effect to object hit by its beam. Is in the form of a gunblade. Was owned by Muneshige Tachibana; retrieved by Horizon. > Akedia Katathlipse - "binds" a certain part of the human body that the enemy dejects. Is in the form of a longsword. Owned by Queen Juana II. > Aspiza Phylargia - Is in the form of a shield. > One of the Logismoi Oplo is in the form of a longbow. (Is that the Maska Orge?)

By the way, with the Second Season fast approaching, I would work on the wiki's terminology articles. I need some help translating from the atwiki of Horizon, and I'd also like to ask which terms would you want to be expanded first (as long as it is covered by Season 1).

It's not that it's "official info".
So Futayo's abilities revolve around "increasing attack speed". In in-universe terms, she uses the movements of her spear to further increase her attack speed, creating a condition wherein a battle can be easily won when she starts swinging her spear around. This can be countered by Kimi's Flower of the Summit concept. While dancing, Kimi creates numerous mini-shields around her in an astounding speed, allowing a majority of Futayo's attacks to be blocked easily. It creates a stalemate for the two of them — sort of like an Immovable Object against an Unstoppable Force. However, Futayo is far from becoming an Unstoppable Force. Also, Kimi's ability is powered not only by her performance, but also by "audience impact". Remember when Kimi asked if Futayo enjoyed her performance? Futayo already stopped using her weapon at that time, and if not for her lack of response, Futayo might have a worse defeat that what she had experienced since saying "Yes" would have fueled Kimi's ability even more. Also, weapon stops moving = attack speed buff wears off. And Kimi is still standing at the end of the battle. Also, Futayo using Tonbokiri to slice Kimi is like trying to peel through several layers of an onion since Kimi hates her name so much that she makes up fake names and she wears and throws them away like clothes.
