So how different the first episode of the anime compared to the light novel?
Since I (and probably most of us) only read the manga before hand, the first episode of the anime feel more slow-paced than the *main* manga. Maybe because the first episode combine the Chronicle spin-off and then a little bit of main manga it felt that way, since the main manga immediately deal with Yuuta already took care of the girls in its first chapter.

And unrelated question about later development...

Spoiler for Miu:

After Miu develops feeling for Yuuta, does she acts differently towards him? And does Sora know about it, or Miu hides it because she knows her big sister also likes Yuuta?

Good to hear. I'd heard plenty on the anime thread about the supposed resemblance, but really it's a big stretch to compare the two characters' appearance. Just because the girl's got blonde hair and has some of it pulled to the side in twin tails, people pounced on it.

Haven't watched the first ep yet, though about 25% of volume 1 of the LN happens before the plane crash. The manga has Gone through that fast, if I remember...

It seems the Takanashi family has a large fortune, and the father most likely was worried what might happen should he be prematurely gone. well even if Sumeragi theory was true, the parents intention was never to leave the kids to Yuuta. Its just that no one else were willing to take all three kids together except for Yuuta.

Well, some of the parents in anime and manga are clearly irresponsible though, lol. Especially in romance-harem set anime/manga it's not uncommon they left the protagonist alone.

It's not that different. They skipped the prologue. But you know, after reading the prologue and looking at the introduction page, I can already guess Yuuta is going to become Papa.

As for the rest of episode 1, some stuff got cut out as usual, but overall not that different, minor details getting switched or altered.

And I really like Hina-speak. Oitan, shuoi!

Well, I don't know. The thing is I think the parents disappeared somewhere near Africa or something. Could anyone confirm where they were going? Supposing they did go missing in such a place, there are chances that the parents might just go for the "being rescued slowly" route. But meh, I need some real info.
