That first Naruto photo is an example of why I hate photoshop. Photographer shopped out every tiny imperfection, and created a completely unrealistic photo. The eyes especially look weird, it's best to just let contacts do the job. He also adjusted the overexposure at the bottom way too much, it would have been an awesome effect if it was toned down a bit. Barf.
Hehe I think I'v photographed the Lavi cosplayer in a different costume.

<sigh> no... that's a Buddhist symbol. Note the cross ends are reversed to the Nazi symbol. Pick up any map of Japan and you'll find that symbol all over the map denoting Buddhist temple locations.
Damn nazis..... stealing ancient symbolism, blah blah blah. "Nazis..... I hate nazis." - I. Jones It does make me wonder how much confusion Buddhists and Hinduists encounter when they use that symbol in symbol-terrified Europe (No swastikas for you!) From the Wiki: Quote:

I considered that but its so easy for misinformation to exponentiate across the web that I thought it better to at least provide the correct data. Hopefully I did it in a semi-humorous way
Hell, all it takes is for someone to say "Looking forward to a second season" hoping there's such a thing and suddenly 50 people are saying "there IS a second season!!! someone said so!" I do routinely encounter people who think nazism is rampant in Japan ... "all those swastikas!!!! See??" argh....
