Other way round for me. Chiwa Saito & Kemeko make this show what it is, had there been no Kemeko it would've been just another generic harem (even if it had the fights)...

Emu-Emu is great , Haya-chan is great , Ryoko is great ,Tamako is great...

Just when you thought the world is safe from fucked-up but funny anime with the departure of Kamen no Maid Guy and Kanokon, along comes Kemeko....

....potentially the most funny and fucked up 2008 anime to date.

Just when I thought this season was going to be boring (besides DMC), I discover this anime. Such a fun wacky anime.

Kemeko plugsuit reminds me a lot of Guu.

Bleh. Fansubbers and many critics are bashing this show. Pretty typical if it has any fanservice. I think it's still a HUGE leap from the previous fanservice shows like ToLoveRu by far.

But yeah, ep 4 was a ton of fun. Kemeko never stops creeping me out... ugh. That's sorta a good and bad thing. Good to have emotional output from an anime even if it genuinely creeps me out.

They just don't see how genius this show is, like the rest of us do.

The piece of music they used for when Izumi's top part came off, oh god that was perfect. Over the top at it's best. Also glad to see Ryouko has become a part of the man cast.

Looking very much forward to the next episode. Blushing Emuemu is what i like to see more of.

I'm starting to actively dislike this show.

The first episode was awesome. Unique, crazy, fun. The subsequent episodes have been getting worse and worse. Though of course the fanservice in episode 4 was nice, it doesn't make up for a story thats rapidly declining in entertainment value. I fast forwarded through a large amount of episode 4, and didn't feel I had missed a damn thing. Actually, it made it much easier to watch. The stupidity of the story, the characters, and the characters nonsensical actions all pretty much combine to torpedo what otherwise is a lot of humor.

4 Episodes in, and I'm officially done with this. Big disappointment after the first episode.

The interesting thing about Kemeko I think is how M2's outside personality changes whenever she is inside that thing. Is there a reason for her insecurity? I can actually see M2 fighting just as well outside but she seems afraid to leave for some reason...

At the moment all i can guess is that it has something to do with Sanpeita. I mean it's obvious she's the girl from the past, and she probably thinks if she's hidden away behind a shell, she can act the way she wants. Something like that.

Anyway, we see her out and about on what looks like a date next episode. We should have more answers to this puzzle.

Midonin Last Engage Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: Florida	Spoiler for Kemeko 04: It's a pool episode, and that means fanservice, fanservice, fanservice! But the one who shows the most skin is...Sanpeita. Though I did love them breaking out the heavenly chorus for the revealing of Izumi's breasts. She's got just as mean a punch as she does a kick. Misaki continues to be great. Kugimiya's deadpan delivery sells it. Not sure how many people would want to see swimsuit Kemeko, but there was more than enough service from just about everybody else. Next week is the date with MM, and it's also here that the scanlations stop. Beyond episode five, I have absoloutely no idea what's going to happen next. And there's something fun in that.

Hayakawa was funny as usual, and I really liked the Sanpeita/Ryouko moments too. I've never seen someone swim with their asscheeks before(well she was swimming backwards and she prob was using her hands somehow, but i just like to think of it that way cause it's funnier) I do like that they took a little time to be serious in this episode.
