I'd say it's likely fanart due to the phrasing "Suzumiya Haruhi" instead of the reverse. Almost all of the official Japanese translations have "Haruhi Suzumiya" instead.

Yeah, that Yuki image is a poster from Nyantype. It's original dimensions are also absurd (4087X8932)

To the best of my -current- knowledge, it's followed by the sequence of events that starts with Asakura appearing in Kyon's bed naked, and ends with his little sister walking in on them ... um ... you know ... because she heard a weird noise coming from her big brother's room.

The art is in three horizontal panes in the Disapperance Guidebook (since it was a tie-in with the movie) but I cannot get a great copy of it. The best that I could do is posted in the novel thread. I haven't seen a better copy of it than that so far.
