After rereading the summaries of Alicization, I wonder what happened to the other Integrity Knights when Kirito and Asuna returned from UW. They're all technically immortals, can't die from old age, so they should still be around even after 200 years. Well, they might have some memory problems, though. Can someone who have read Web novel tell me if they were mentioned anywhere?

five to ten millions times? would'nt your brain overload?....also in the LN is it discussed there where acceleration has side effects?

The acceleration by-passes the limits of the physical brain, by accelerating what the series interprets to be the "soul".

Technically, they could still die from old age, if nobody wipes their memories.

By the time Kirito, Asuna and Alice went back into UW there's only IIRC 7 Integrity Knights according to Teiza & Ronie's descendants. Though this is under the qualification of "uses IS to pilot machines" rather than what it meant when Kirito first dived in. There's no info stating either way if the Knights from Kirito's time still being around, but just not as pilots or in active service.

I'm 100% sure nobody used magic in Zekken's mini-tournament, at least, and every high-ranking players in those were praised for their sword skills, not their magic. However, sword techniques like Arms Blast are accepted with no problem.

They didn't show the fight on-screen, but I think not. Kirito's not the type to use magic unless he have to, and this seemed like a fight of two people competing with pure sword skills.

He didn't even use dual wielding, but like magic he doesn't use that skill unless he has to, like when there is a matter of life or death or when the others don't behave. If he needed magic or dual wielding to beat her, he might have won the match but still that would mean she was better than him in pure single wielding sword fight.

Yeah, it's like a sealed forbidden move or something. But he did admit that he wasn't confident to beat her even with dual wield, and if Zekken had been in SAO then she would have gotten Dual Blades instead of him.

There was a way, if u dowloaded the novels in the app of BT, they would remain there even after they deleted them; maybe if u search in the wikis of sao, someone may have uploded them

for anyone who had read the web novel or all the summaries, can u plz give me a brief summary about what happens to sachi(if she comes back, why, how and when) and kayaba akihiko (we get to see anything more of him or not, relevant in the future/end of alicization arc)

After finishing the 13th chapter of Volume 14 I thought the ending was sad. But then seeing the picture with Tieze and Eugeo for volume 15 just made the sadness worst.

Okay so I am hoping that the LN is going to stay true to the WN, and Asuna is going to show up to save the day. HOWEVER, I realllyyyy hope the NTR will be toned down because it kinda pisses me off that Kirito even thinks of Alice as even being close to Asuna. He and Asuna went through so much together, and also Alice should respect that. I believe that the perfect ending for this series would be that, as they promised in Aincrad, they will get married in the real world and grow old together. It would bring the story full circle for a truly satisfying conclusion...

Alice is as close to Kirito as you can possibly get. Technically, they are childhood friend, comrade-in-arms( for a short amount of time) and Alice has been taken care of Kirito when he's in coma for like 6 months. That's a lot of dedication in there. I believe that's enough to rival Asuna.

The only reply kirito make to alice in wn is that after they all back to RW is, when alice ask him directly about what status she is in his heart, he just say alice is his hope and also the unreplacable hope of many peopple live and dead in that world [UW] and thus wanting to protect alice and dont want to lost her..

that said, from web novel to light novel, relations between kirito and sachi/lisbeth/silica/leafa/sinon are all tuned down

Yes I remember that. However, I am hoping the ending will be edited so that the series comes full circle, and Kirito and Asuna fulfill the promise they made on Aincrad (get married in the real world and grow old together). They bring Yui to the real world, and live together as a family. I believe that there is going to be a variation of that if it ends like tha, but it would be the most satisfying conclusion imo (and yes I ship hard with Kirito x Asuna. It is what got me interested in this series after the intro) The original WN ending has too many hanging plot threads. Who does Kirito choose? What happened to Kayaba? What will happen to the fluctlights? Just to name a few. It has to be edited somehow, and it would be great if it is some variation of the ending I just stated.

That childhood friend of his is dead. Her soul passed away and her fluctlight blanked along with the other childhood friend. The current Alice is simply a girl with the same personality with whom Kirito had interacted for a couple of days, at most
