Yes. His brother handled the programming.

Ryuukishi07 does almost everything himself. 07th Expansion is a doujin company made of only 3 peoples. The other two are Yatazakura (Ryuukishi's younger brother) who does the programming and BT who works on the website so only 2 of them are working on the game.

That said, I like his sprites. They have a certain charm to them. The only sprite that took me a while to get used to is Satoko's.

It's still much more enjoyable than the other way around. I mean if the story were "kinda meh" while the character portrays awesome, no one would have bothered to animate it, to be perfectly honest .
