I'm just glad P3's getting animated in the first place, even if it is just a movie. P4 is a good game yes, but I figure it's been receiving way too much attention lately and just shoving the other installments aside.
And let's be fair, anything this movie does will at least be more entertaining than Trinity Soul. Now, I'm looking forward to learning the MC's official name. I don't necessarily think he may speak in the movie though, as I figure it may actually be possible for them to pull it off without having him speak a word. Especially in something that will only be about 2 hours long at the maximum.

Subjective.
While I prefer P3's plot, P4 has more interesting characters. Well, while I'm happy its getting a movie, I'm disappointed that its not a full 24 episode run. I don't think 1 or even 2 movies are enough to do it justice.

How do you fit P3 into this?
There's going to be alot missing like the social links and the battles. Unless they'll rush through most of it and get to the most important events.....Still don't know how this will work but since this is a movie, the animation quality would be better than an anime so maybe that won't be so bad...but I hope they won't cut out any important details Love the game <3

Much of the game functions as a leadup to the events in November and afterward... they'll never be able to bring that across in a movie, especially since much of it is character recruitment, and taking place over half a year.
Like I said, it can only work if they completely rewrite the story... but then it wouldn't be P3, would it? |

nothing much really change from p3 - p3p except the social link answers and persona. Same core story with fes is another short game that you will be spending 80% on level grinding.
I just can't see it working on a movie unless they cut a LOT of stuff on the story.

in p4 they cut out a lot of the subplots specially the ones of the partymembers, and if they cut the subplots in p3 and stick only to nyx it can be done, wich itself its sad since some of the social links in p3 are deeper that the main story in p4.

People act like the whole game is grinding in Tartarus... that's not really the case at all. I'm talking about completely changing the story here. |

even without the level grinding and only the social links or even without that. The main story itself is long. And can't be compress into something decent with a movie format. Though I would also like to see the school event and without the social links featured then how can you reason out the power of the MC. The social links are the ones that powered up the mc. In p4 animation. They already struggled to fit it in.
-_- what if they animate only the near end scenario >_> but that won't even make sense at all.
