Take a screen shot/capture and save it as a nicely compressed JPG.
View your desktop as you want us to see it.
Press the "Print-Screen" (PrtSc or SysRq button) on your keyboard.
Paste the contents of the clipboard into a paint/art program and save the image as a JPG
Upload it somewhere... like Uploadit.org.
Details of how to upload can be found on the site I linked to above...
Post the a link/url to the file (as provided by Step 2) or if you must post it as an inline image.
Details of how to use the [URL] and [IMG] and BB codes can be found in the FAQ

Each of the above steps is explained in more detail somewhere on the forum

I like Da Capo a lot but I find that pic of Nemu a little to ecchi for me. My G/F would have my head if I had that kind of wallpaper on my desktop.
