Well yeah, since FFXII, i don't trust must Famitsu, they give high marks for big games but not for all...

Here's each review
Even Aquanaut's Holiday on PS3 get 7-8-8-9...

I was really tempted to import this (and I still am), but Famitsu's review is making me doubt about this. Couple it with the fact that the developer behind this title doesn't exactly fit among my favorites... hmm. I guess I'd still get it for the Etna/Prinny cameo and for Morgan, but that's it. I hope to find this at a reasonable price at yahoo japan auctions.

Agarest still goes for 4000-5000yen used a year after it's release date. Most likely this title won't lose too much value

the reviewer that gave a 4 has given a 4 for about 10~15% of games he's reviewed. Not too worried about that particular score.

Though it'll probably drop a lot more once the 360 version hits. The same might turn out true for this game.

A typical number for the Nether World, so I guess the game quality is the same as always.

a 7 is pretty high for an IF game, though :P and the first guy does say add another point if there are characters you like in the game :P

I wouldn't be too optimistic about this news.

They should really license this stuff to Arc System Works and let the best anime cross over fighting game EVER - be born. But it looks like its cheaper to waste it on crap like this.

The precise title is actually X Edge Dash...
It will have a lot of add like new monsters, new event, new drawing (but i don't really trust the drawing since we can see a picture with EXACTLY the same drawing), i bet about new forms than new drawing, also a colisee (could be good), new items etc...

lol, that's a reverse from the usual. So the x-box version is going to be expanded.

honestly i'm playing the PS3 US version atm, decent game... the battle system is ok though at times it can be tedious and hard in the random ambushs mobs can 1hko your party if you don't constantly upgrade/over level (then again maybe it's because i'm playing in hard mode).

way to many characters though, it's fun but considering that you don't ever need to use like 95% in combat most of them they just feel wasted.
