You should have downloaded image, uploaded it somewhere and than used the new link.

Way you did it shows the picture only to those who saw the picture at its source, not anyone who had not seen the pic.

Almost all image gallery sites do that to preserve their servers from collapsing.

is the same, sorry, just remembered that the railgun designer had done an illustration for the last pages of the manga index. I posted before confuse these with the Seiri and Himegami.

The one on the left with Stiyl and Kanzaki is Haimura's, the one on the right is Fukuyawa's. I say this because I posted time ago Fuyukawa's version of kanzaki and is obvious to see the difference.
