Perhaps, like Akua, Tsukune is also a descendant of Alucard. It's quite possible Alucard did it with a human before he lost it entirely and Tsukune just rolled down the tube over time. It's prolly the reason why Tsukune resisted the blood transfusions (iirc, Moka had said it could kill him at first) as well as the transformation ritual. Anyways, this lends credence to the argument that Tsukune's current form is likely similar to Alucard's when he was using his full power.

Well, unless Ikeda actually provides some evidence that Alucard "did it with a human", it's still speculation on our part.

After all, it could be also something more simple, like the fact that the Shinso blood develops differently within Tsukune, because he was originally human and probably the first human who has aqcuired the blood of a Shinso vampire.

In other words, it might be possible that the Shinso blood develops differently within Tsukune, because he was born as a human and not a vampire.

I say there's something more to it than just the Shinso Blood, particularly when the power of the Shinso isn't passed down through heredity, so Shinso Blood shouldn't define Alucard's "spirit wavelength" to begin with. Tsukune and Alucard definitely have something in common, and it's not the Shinso Blood.

If Tsukune is also Alucard's descendant, then the joining between Alucard and a human, must have happened a long time ago, for Tsukune to be like a normal, ordinary human. After all, if Tsukune really is Alucard's descendant then his "vampire heritage" should be almost nonexistent.

In other when Tsukune entered the Youkai Academy, he was almost the same as an ordinary human, and it was actually Moka's blood injections that caused Tsukune's "connection" with Alucard to reawaken.

Well, I don't think that Kurumu has used her charm, on Tsukune, simply because something like that would cause the harem to "break", in a different way.

After all, if Tsukune became Kurumu's servant he would have no free will, for all eternity, and Moka would be pretty pissed, if something like that occurred.

I think that Kurumu just used the same skill, she used to get everyone out from the Rosario, in chapter 31 (or some variation of this skill).

I mean, I think it's better to play it safe and not think about it too much, since if Tsukune became Kruumu's servant - the consequences of something like that, would be pretty messy and I doubt that Ikeda is going to head in that direction.

That's exactly what I mean. As a matter of fact, I think Alucard's offspring from the human girl was human himself, and the offspring (or any other descendants that would come in time) would need a kick in order to awaken his heritage. Tsukune's relation with Alucard could easily go back in the hundreds of years if not more.

It was the result of the Shinso blood going berserk and out of control, after Tsukune's first ghoulification process it became intergrated with his body, so he still has it.

Now that Touhou has given Tsukune the final needle which resulted in him returning to normal and that he is now able to use Youjutsu, it should be much easier for Tsukune to control his power.

I'm glad she kissed Tsukune ... and I think she not use the power of succubus, but simply as power of pure love .., to make sure that Tsukune remember who is, after all ... Tsukune and bound by all the girls in a very emotional ... and only they can have an influence strong enough to help him ..

I think that it's probably a good idea to not hope to much, since even if Kurumu has given her first kiss to Tsukune, I doubt he is going to remember it, since at the time when Kurumu kissed him, Tsukune wasn't in a "normal state".

As for Tsukune's powers, while I agree that he is going to gain some form of power-up from this development, it should be pretty evident that Tsukune probably won't be able to fully control his powers, yet.

At least, judging from the events of chapter 41, I wouldn't say that there is something suggesting that Tsukune is capable of taking control over his vampire abilities - although it would probably be better to wait, until some kind of translation of the chapter is going to appear.

With the Ritual complete and Tsukune back to normal, Tsukune's new highly modified body should be able to make it easier to control his Shinso powers since he reverted back to normal even with the Holy Lock completely broken, now all we have to wait for is the "results"

It goes back to what I said before. Tsukune won't be able to immediately gain full control of his powers, but unlike before, he has complete access to them now that he has a demon body rather than a human body. He'll be able to utilize far more power than before without losing his mind because the demon energy is now as much a part of him as anything else whereas before, it was corrupting his body, being a foreign substance (material, essence, what have you) and causing mental and spiritual damage as a result. There shouldn't be a risk of that happening now that his body contains proper channels for him to use his powers and learn new ones in the process. It's just a matter of time before he gets used to his new condition. How much time depends entirely on Tsukune now.

But what if that deep, deep darkness was transferred to Tsukune as well as her blood? Could that have explained what Touhou sensed? And won't our dear little megalomaniac be shocked when the darkness is no longer within her sister, thus throwing yet another wrench in her plans. Serves her right for thinking she's the only one who can save Moka. She has a lot of loyal (and more level-headed) friends, can Akuha say the same? I don't think so.
