I'm not sure on the time frame for that event with blueknight because this event happen in vol 10 and I'm not familiar with it. Vol 10 is where the SS occurs. But by the anime way of showing it. It looks like it happens when Haru was visiting Chiyu. Maybe Taku was around when he started the burst link.

And on how the legions work. It will be spoilers so I won't answer it. Wait for the next arc after this arc. Though that itself is a spoiler for time frame of the story but at least no clue on how the story unfolds. Wait patiently

I finally figured out my gripe with this show after this episode: the voice acting. Theres no problem when they're conversing normally, but the voice actors just don't put enough tension in their voices at critical moments, like when Taku tried to stop Haru from leveling up. It was the same with last episode and the whole "first aviating ability" exclamations lacking awe and amazement.

Haru did indeed drop the ball on the hair thing. It made me feel a bit sorry for Kuro.

But I kind of like how Haru is pretty clumsy in some ways. He's very intelligent, but occasionally clueless, and the combination of the two keeps him from seeming too smart or too good.

He's not supposed to be good with girls though, that's the thing. It's obvious he noticed and wanted to say something (even before he said he wanted to but overthought it), but come on, he's in uncharted waters here!

If you are married then chances are you are a lot more experienced than Haru when it comes to women...or atleast your wife. He noticed, just didn't know how to voice it.

Ah.... this is the part where I have been heavily denying it: he's just a kid

This is the guy with low self esteem who was drowning himself in an arcade game and eventually scored the pretty girl

We'll see how they work on characterization. The main things I need to consider is that, in that scene, he was still looking up to her as a respected figure, and not as his girlfriend

which is why he was still embarrassed to say those couple-like things. So will his character grow by the time the series ends, or will Butterfly girl cut him off? Should be interesting to see
