1. as a demon king he could fire a blob of mana into the air and use it like a mortar. he fired it into human territory once as a test and it sunk and island. as a human, he can't release as much or his body will blow up or something. you can consider human bodies as closer to mana insulators, and demon bodies closer to mana conductors
2. unfortunately not but more because of lack of immediate interest than anything else

3. most of the series is set thousands of years after the demon king died. ergo, yuusha party are already dead. details about what happened after his death come in gradually.

he and iris (girls in sleeping pod that appeared in eng of ch7) end up telling them. they put a binding spell to prevent them from blabbing, and then become good friends with them and later join their clan(guild) and get really famous.

WTF, whoa, he wrote 平兵士は過去を夢見る Hira Heishi wa Kako wo Yumemiru too? I already ordered these two books and expect to receive them in a week or two. I read the archived versions of volume 1 and I'm immensely impressed by it. I'll definitely pay attention to this 蘇りの魔王 (the title is really plain lol).

Edit: Hmm. The start is really shaky and unlikable. MC is overpowered in a bad way, and the way how main heroine and MC meets is just too lame (you happened to meet each after thousands of years while heroine is really near beside you?). The narrative itself is reminiscent of heishi (serious and descriptive), but I can't say I enjoy it here because how ludicrous the setting sounds like.

really? that's surprising! my shopping hasnt arrived yet ): so ive only read the wb chapters, but i found maou much more believable than hira heishi.

the whole thing with the 'dish' and the future swordsmanship and stuff just felt like they were packing a little much into the narrative. its kinda cool how every1 has diff tolerances for diff stuff when it comes to suspension of disbelief, huh! as for waking up a few feet away, i suppose i'm just really accepting of 'fate', and i guess since author lampshades it with some monologue from mc later, i just swallowed it right down, hehe
