No specific rules on this exist, but I'd guess that if the original web novel is still available online on it's respective site (in this case syosetu) then it should be fine.

Well unless she was the one that abducted herself and stuck her in cold sleep she didn't exactly chase him so much as stumbled into him. But it look like fate not only stacked the deck but he's marked the cards too

all in all an interesting story so far.

Eh? A simpler explaination would be the heroine, or her associates, have an oracle about the general location of luru's place of rebirth. So they made preparation, including capture the rampaging female demon general and throw her ass into a deep sleep facility around that place.
