Today's episode was Einhart and Corona's entire match, ending with the result. I'm mostly satisfied with it, though it was hard to keep track with their damage scores at times as they didn't always show damage for certain hits. Still it was an intense match that was enjoyable to watch.

I may nag about some details but I won't. Overall they have shown this match quite decently.

The animation quality was quite poor this episode. Some obvious repeated shots too.

Since it was Einhart's fight, I hoped the staff would bring their A game. It seems I was too optimistic.

Spoiler for Ep11:

In the end....Corona gave her all. It was a pretty enjoyable fight and had good intensity to it. It was mostly from Corona's point of view, but even then you were pulled into the back and forth nature of the fight. You could feel her struggling and pushing herself the whole time.

Props to Otto, the push that Corona needed to continue fighting to the end. Not only getting obsessed with her self-manipulation move, but remembering the kind of person and fighter she is. Falling back to her golem manipulation was the right move, and she came so darn close. A bit more damage at a few points in the match and she could have won. I didn't feel from this that Corona was far inferior to Einhart. She was so darn close and could have pulled out the win.

In the end you have to appreciate the effort from Corona. A lot of times she stuck with it purely because she didn't want to distance herself from her friend. And frankly after seeing (or not seeing) Nanoha's normal friends....she was probably right to feel that way. Her friendship was that important to her that she pushed herself to get stronger and stay in that group.

I don't dislike Einhart and it probably works better with her moving forward, but I still would have liked to see Corona pull this off. She had a spectacular fight and effort. I'm sure visually they could have done better, but frankly I was pulled into the fight and didn't much notice how good or bad they did. They got the intensity and emotion into the fight and that was the most important thing.

I decided to give in, and watch the raw.

Excellent combat. Well-choreographed and well thought out battle between Einhart and Corona. There's a couple things I might have slight issues with, but I'll want to see this subbed first.

I'll probably watch the final episode sometime this weekend, raw.

Just watched this episode.... lol

Nice fight, good techniques.

But the animation makes it felt like a slow fight, not sure if they did that on purpose or animation issues...
Cause the way they fight, even I could dodge all of them... LOL

That was a deliciously violent fight vs. Einhart. Corona tried really hard. I enjoyed watching this.

well, the fight it nice. I wonder if all the teammate vs teammate fights would be as intense as this?
Corona feels like she has a really long hp to be able to endure all that punishment..
