@ehrik, thanks I really didn't know that. Even the review I've read about the japanese version said that the option was missing. That's probably an improvement caused by the localization (and what a nice feature is it to mute Kirari down )

Anyway I reached my first ending! The GAY ending! Oh, God, I laughed so much on that shit... Seriously I haven't expected that twist!

No it's just a joke ending (about 5 minutes long really), there is an extra CG about the joke itself, but there is no H-scene thankfully . That's not such a game! I'm not telling what's the joke though .

You'd have to get about 12 hours into the game before the first H-scene

And yeah the yaoi end was fucking hilarious haha, especially his raspy voice.

I just recently finished this game.

Damn, seriously, I'm moved to tears ! You can call me exaggerating it, but hey ! this game is awesome shit.

I can post my opinion in here, but it's more like a useless rant. . .but meh, screw it.

I liked at how they deal with Sarina's family. I agree with Shikanosuke about his grandfather, because I also symphatized with him. The scene when both of them spend his time fishing in the mountain was just. . really touching for me. I don't know how many times that I smiled to myself during this scene ;P

For Chie, I especially liked her personality compared to the other girls. The scene with Midori is always hillarious, but it get emo when the story started to tell about Chie's family. While it's not touching, I feel that the way they conclude the family problem is just soothing in its own way. Also, the part when Shika-chan and Chie-chan got together is really cute, and made me smile. I almost worried that her problems will hindered the graduation gig, but nothing happens. Just awesomeness, lol

For Kirari. . . Let's just say, manly tears was spilled during the normal end ;_; If someone comes and tell me that it's not as touching and sad compared with other opera stories or something like that, I concur ;( but. . it's just so fucking awesome for me ;_; I always hope that the Kirari that Shika saw was the real Kirari, and my heart ache a little when I realized that she was just an illusion. I still can't accept that Kirari really died, until the song at the end ;_;

And glad to see Aki in here. I took a liking towards her the first time I saw here in . . osaka ? she's the one who had some problem with a middle aged man and was 'rescued' by Kirari and Shika. Lol, she was one of my favourite.

As for the True End, I like it because of what happens in normal end route. For me who can't stand of Kirari's death, this ending means so much for me ;_; though, it can be more darker compare to the normal end route when you remember the scene with Shika and Kirari's father.

And yeah, lol. The background music and the concert music is awesome

and what a nice feature is it to mute Kirari down

Lol, I dislike her at first but then started to like her more at the middle of the game.
I even think that her sound is cute ~

There are many VNs which don't contain any H-scenes at all, so that assumption was a bit of a leap. Kira☆Kira does contain nudity however, about two different scenes per girl. You can always skip them (they're not very long) if it's a problem for your parents, though.

It ends completely differently. I'm not going to spoil it, since all of the other routes end differently and should be played.

just finished the game about an hour ago*yes I'm a slow player.
I really like it , esp the Kirari normal ending.
no matter how good the true ending is...I still like the normal ending better

I am about 15 minutes into the game..

Is the game really good or is it religious material?

Are the routes all around the same length or there are longer routes than others?

The game's quite good. And for me personally. . I think Sarina route is a bit longer than the other, so yeah, I think there are longer routes than others.

But don't worry, it should keep you for many hours of gameplay ^^;

Just got the game and it seems pretty good so far. It's kind of sad that it starts off with him breaking up with his girlfriend though.

The only thing I don't like so far is that the text takes up the whole screen instead of a box at the bottom like Edelweiss, but that's more of a personal preference.

I have a question between the differences of Kirari's route and the True Ending.

When do the differences start???

I'm just wondering so i know where to create a second save to start the true ending after i finish Kirari's original route.

There is a very radical difference between the normal route and true ending!

Spoiler for Chie-Nee's , Kashi's end:

Well I finished Kashiwara's then Chie-nee's arks so far, and despite that I was really anticipating Chie, her route was sorta lacking. The part with the guitar genius old man was unrelated to the whole issue of Chie-nee (unlike Kashi's route with meeting the uncle who gave the guitar of her Father to her), and the part with the yakuza girl made my blood boil. I really despised that girl... And then she even follows them to Tokyo.... Obviously she feels totally obligated to interfere with the issue of Chie-nee's family, despite that she knows her for less than a month. At the latter parts I just ctrl-d through what she says, I so disliked her in the end.
Anyway, I believe the whole divorce thing was a bit overdramatized, I could understand what's happening with my parents when my mom cheated on my dad (I was 8 and my sis 6), yet we didn't take it so badly as the adult Chie. I'm sorry, but I couldn't really sympathize with her in the same situation.
Additionally the ending didn't really solve the issues at all. We didn't see Chie-nee reconciling with her Father, and her baby little brother is still not born yet. I felt the cut where the route ended was a bit too sudden, and I would have liked if these things would have been answered in the end (maybe the true end will answer it, IDK, but don't tell me about it as I don't want to be spoiled). At least the last concert was cool (even Hirakami was playing ).
Kashi's route was nice though.

Otherwise I think some of the narrated descriptions and such are a bit tediously detailed and not quite interesting or relevant.
Gonna try Kirari's routes now after playing Ran's route in Sengoku Rance.
