The first choice would be Rufi(Lufi, Luffy, Ruffy, etc.) at first, but he's really not dumb, he's just carefree and silly. Chopper would seem like a good choice, but he's just naive and high strung. Hmm, I'd have to go with Hatchi, the many armed octopus swordsman of Arlong's crew. He was waaaay too easily fooled by Zoro.

Luffy obviously...and that's why we love him...
Everybody comes together and strategizes a plan for getting into Ennis Lobby and 2 minutes before they're suppose to start luffy has already left the damn ship and is damn near to the top of the building exposing everyone...He just doesn't give a $hit...In-combat though Luffy is way smarter with his techniques...

And yeah, only Gedatsu is dumb enough to roll his eyes back in his h ead or bite his lips and wonder why he can't see or speak. XD It's gotta be Gedatsu. |

I can't pick between Gedatsu or Wapol. I don't believe Luffy is dumb, like someone said, he's just got a care-free personality and simply do thing that he want. He's already shown that he at least have average intellect when the situation is serious.
The Enis Lobby thing where he just took off after he replay he understands the plan can also think as Luffy simply decide to go straight in because time is of essence and is only acknowledging for the sack of acknowledging which he does quite often. Last edited by Undertaker; 2006-07-29 at 17:16. |

Jango.
I have to question the intelligence of a person who can't stop hypnotizing himself when he hypnotizes someone else. Gedatsu... is more absent-minded than stupid. As he says, "So careless!" But Jango... all he has to do is convince someone to kill themselves and it's curtains for him. |
