Read some more chapters....
So, the author is trying to make Oz normal now? There goes my hope with him getting more guro and guro. And err..... the twist with Edward felt.... too convenient. Hope it avoids cliches later on, or else it can really turn horrible. |

Cool stuff, reminds me of D.Gray-Man, which is a good thing.
I remembered I used to read it a long time ago when there were still only the first volume scans out; it was definitely interesting, but it also wasn't very clear what was going on (it seemed at the time to be like a lot of manga out there -- interesting art, characters, or premise; terrible plotting, Watashi no Messiah-sama for example). I'm glad I returned, with closer scrutiny everything makes sense. It helps of course that there's also the second volume scanlations out, lol. The thing I like the most is that Oz is certainly an interesting protagonist. Although, Spoiler for volume 2 revelation spoiler:

So I just picked up the series, noticed the update on a manga website and found it to my liking. I've always been partial to creative re-imaginings of old literature. But I am curious as to why no big translation group has picked this series up yet considering how intriguing it is.
On a side note, what is Alice's relation to Oz anyway? It seems she had some connection with an ancestor of his (that looks a lot like an adult version of Oz) that was something akin to a father/daughter or older brother/little sister relationship. Can anyone shed any light on this issue? Or is this shrouded in the mysterious realm of the untranslated chapters? Should I even be asking this question as it'll provide ample spoilers for the rest of the story? Here's to hoping for more chapters in the near future. -Alucid |

Ah, looks like I've found something nice. I just picked up this series and find it really interesting. But where's this maid thing you guys were talking about? Is it in the Drama CD?
So there's no release date set by Broccoli for the first volume yet? I'd assume so since I couldn't find it on their page, but I might have missed it. Also, how's Broccoli's reputation? |

Yeah The synopsis goes like this: Raven is down with a fever, in order to 'nurse' him back to health Oz cunningly convinced both Alice and Sharon to dress up in aprons to have a cooking showdown...

This is unexpected, to say the least. While I'm glad PH is getting animated, it feels much too early. With Volume 6 only being released recently, the anime will have to draw on limited material for its run. Here's to hoping for good things ahead.

Well, it's not an anime... Yet
The title of the series is "Naki Shojo no Tame no Pavane" or (Pavane for a Dead Girl) , done by the creator of Kamichama Karin, Koge donbo. Spoiler for Off-topic:
1 boy, 12 girls... Do the math. Quote:

With one or two filler mini-arcs, it might be possible for the story to carry up to Vol 5, ending with the incident of Alice in 'wonderland' Actually, I think that's what the story might need- A little side stories here and there, because I feel that they're progressing the plot WAY too fast. Anyway, besides the usually "Don't assassinate the characters" and "Don't screw with the plot too much", what I want to see is- 1. Uncensored blood and gore. 2. Freaky dolls and bunnies. 3. Balance comedy with dark setting... Kuroshitsuji is one good example. Any bonus would be, 1. More detailed fight scenes. 2. More Sharon and Alice love... Because I had originally hoped for a triangle since the first book -_-
