Touma at least knew about her before he lost his memories in Volume 1 but it is unknown whether he personally knew her or that he just heard stories of her.

Misaki Shokuhou was his osananajimi and one way of another promised to herself to protect touma from blind side....LOL

Did Ollerus give Othnius real Dark Matter since if it can be used as a substitute then why risk it and give it her, IMO just destroy it and stop the creation of the holistic esper altogether.

It's actually related to making the Gungnir. Furthermore, it's Ollerus who suggested that the Dark Matter organ be used to recreate the Spear of the All-Father.

It is more about Othinus has not other choice.
Fraulin is now useless whether she likes it or not. She has to go for what appears to be the second best.

The holistic esper would be used to cause a distortion in the world right? why would it be impossible to build it without that, even if the dark matter can be used to make the spear, it would not be imperfect?
