The English title for this on that page is a very unusual translation. It says "Children who Chase Lost Voices from the Deep," but 星を追う子ども would normally translated "Children who Chase Stars" as far as I know. I'm curious to see what that's about.

I imagine if GTO : Shonan 14 Days will be getting a TV anime adaptation. This is the third anime adaptation of Onizuka franchise.

Ikoku Meiro no Croisée will be continued in the next Dragon Age with important announcement. If this turns out to be an anime adaption, I will celebrate by allowing myself to sleep more than 3 hours that night.

Takeda Hinata's artwork is absolutely charming

(GOSICK's novel illustrator for those who don't know). I believe Dragon Age officially comes out on the 9th of each month (so you probably see stuff around the 8th). I highly recommend this manga to anyone even if this does not get an anime adaptation. Yune's even more cute than Victorique in my opinion =).


Also new Studio Ghibli work to be announced 12/15.

Trailer makes it look like a fantasy/adventure anime with Shinkai romance, drama, melancholy elements to it. Also seems to have a Ghibli-esque touch to it. Looking forward to it! However, I think the title is too long and confusing...

You're dead-on - it looks like Shinkai backgrounds with Ghibli character designs and polish. Theoretically that should be pure win, but it makes me uneasy. How will Shinkai with a huge budget end up on screen - will it still be Shinkai?
