Looks like it. Also seems to be able to see through walls, so its a combination of infrared and x-ray.

More like a cross between Destiny and Wing Zero. I would not be surprise if it's Bandai Gunpla division attempting to use the Destiny WoL molds.

I'm guessing that those wings can also be used as MVS shields given how they can fold out forward to shield the body, so they are not on there for cosmetic purposes like the ones on Wingzero.

Is it just me or does it seem that they were made as a cross over junction between Rakshata and Lloyd, I mean the two best scientists in the world work together on their own creations cause it seems if they follow the Strike Freedom and Infinite Destiny route than I can see Suzaku and Kallen working together against the final boss of the series.

Siegfried is going to appear in the next episode I just wonder if we are going to get the Siegfried that was piloted by Jeremiah or that new Siegfried that was just seen in the new opening.

Its looks like Nina has developed some kind nuclear energy for the Lancelot and Guren to make much longer combat operation without replacing energy filler.

To me, the Guren and Lancelot have a similiar wing design like this

I think the wings are the thrusters, or it is shifted elsewhere than on the back.

Comparison of the Tristan to the new Tristan in the OP: (To be honest, I wasn't sure where to post this so I went with here.)
First Pics:

Old Tristan:

New Tristan:

Disparities:

Old: Two winged flight-pack. New: Four winged flight-pack.
If you look at flight-mode tristan, it has only one set of wings with its legs tightly packed under them. The new model, sporting OoBK flight pack, has four wings that drop down further and may not allow for transformation.
Old: Golden Horns. New: Red Horns.
Old: Blank, white face. No ornementation aside from Horns. New: Dark face with a crown. The head is now black-ish.
Old: Wielded a axe/halberd weapon. (No picture of it atm) New: Twin swords.

Aside from that, though, the mech is the same in design.

The new Tristan may be unable to transform at this point, its pilot may very well also be someone different as the weapon set is different (We've never seen Gino wield swords), the mobility unit is different, and the face is different. The biggest towards this conclusion is the weapon change, Gino specializes in the weapon his Tristan wields, he'd have no reason to swap to a weapon he is likely less skilled in wielding.

Checked the site about the new Guren and Lancelot. not much though:
About the Lancelot Albion they only say to "They succeeded in making the Lancelot stronger than could be imagined" - and for the new Guren they only say "The Guren's new form. It's exact details are uncertain, but it has a lot of fearsome potential".
