I know that I'm a bit late but I just read the last chapter, interesting stuff happened. I absolutely loved Medaka's moe face, that was best part of the chapter no, the whole series. Not surprised Zenkichi put his best efforts when he saw that face, I probably would of done the same thing too.

Shiranui came back and shes still as adorable as ever though I wonder what she meant when she said "I'd be nice if she actually did give up on you" when referring to Nabeshima. Could that be a hint of something? Something that I don't know yet but I think I have an idea of what it could be.

Damn... just looked at lotus7's signature and I'm jealous. Can I have it? j/k but still damn you.

why the heck did medaka allow akune to join the student council? what she thinkin'? and to make it worst, she made him rank higher than zenkichi too. that moe face of hers seemed silly to me... didn't like it one bit. it's not her at all.

I don't have any real problem with Akune just didn't particularly like him joining the SC is all but I can live with it.

If my predictions about plot development for Medaka Box are correct, Akune will proof that he is very responsible man, smart, charming and dedicated. In almost everything superior to Zenkichi. I expect Akune to act friendly to Zenkichi, at least when other people are around.
It's already shown, that bishi bastard is a male version of Medaka. They both are pretty/handsome, considered as geniuses, but both of them doesn't believe in existence of such. Akune and Medaka like to strip around others. It's hinted, that Akune is smart, good student. Probalby we will found, that his social status is simmilar to Medaka, while Zenkichi is a son of Medaka family servant.
I also expect another 2 or 3 prodigy student to join student council soon.

Unless they kill him off I doubt we'll be rid of Akane, and he does annoy the hell out of me. Just his character type as a whole. Only way I see a certain balance is if someone joins the student council and pursues Zenkichi. But then we have a love quadrangle mind screw that also doesn't sit well. Whoever posted above that after 20 chapter we'd come to like Akane, like hell...

ah well figures the chapter after would be slighty Akune heavy but I also guess it will die down somewhat in coming chapter after this.
