Given their current desire to polishing every corner, even if it was in I would assume it would probably eat inventory space and also take a while to switch (rather then being instant), all in the interest of realism.

Anyway Vallen, you said you were 100% up to date. What is the current status of durability and skill trees? Last I heard skill trees were out and it was all a tear progression. And any word on the monk energy system?

Durability as in just repair, or durability as in D1 "broken and never usable again"? The D2 system of infinite amounts of repair seem to be the case here.

The info on skill trees haven't been updated yet, so no known change. They will probably wait until Blizcon.

The Monk's energy system was intentionally removed in the latest video, so they are not ready to show us that yet.

Oh I wasn't jocking about the part of them conflicting with blizzards current model. Unless blizzard is going to do some retro history on us, amazons are by definition "a nation of female warriors". If we get them or not is a little iffy at the moment. We most likely will get a archer/javelin class though, one way or another. My bets on blizzard moving them to another name, like they did for sorceress to wizard to make it gender neutral.

Speaking of classes, I wonder how the blizzard paladin class is going to be like.

Monk is paladin. and I find it funny you think paladin is their fav class when Paladins in WoW are resented and laughed.

As long as those Amazons don't have to use bows, they should be 'relatively' fine. :P

Rogues are the most popular class in WoW, for the record.

So...I'm guessing this game will come out once Cataclysm is nearing its end and Emerald Dream goes to beta?

I don't think it will wait until cataclysm has been out that long. I mean Wrath looks like it will past 2 year mark. SC2 came out and I doubt the next two expansions to that for the rest of campaign will need as much beta time if any since they won't make much multiplayer changes. I'm still guessing summer next year for this.

In terms of the last class I'm still unsure. I mean it seems a safe assumption to say it will be a ranged class of some sort. Oh well we still have some interesting classes to think about from the ones already announced.

Do hope it's only a year or so until this comes out. But with Blizzard you just never know.

Considering Starcraft 2 took 13 years, anything is possible.

Barbarian => Barbarian
Druid + Necromancer => Witch Doctor
Assassin => Monk
Sorceress => Wizzard
Paladin/Warrior => Rainbow bane?

Amazons are BELIEVED to be a RACE of female warriors, much like the Spartan army which puts alot of emphasis on sexual segregation.

Since there are documented cases of hardcore yaoi present in the Spartan army, logically cases of hardcore yuri within the Amazon community would be expected.

They aren't in the first place to start with (no woman is a lesbian to begin with! It is a belief system cultivated through life - and it is a right of personal choice). They are supposedly a reference to "warrior women" endowed with agility and grace in contrast to strength and brute force of their male counterparts.
