It should be like this. She does have a keylock with her so we don't know if it does something like not letting her turn even more "vampirish" or if it is just a chuunibyou item like her team mate. BTW according to what i have heard on 4chan there may be something beyond true ancestor for vampires.

So far, yes. Vampires are (apparently) always ranked in hierarchies, and as far as we know Shalltear is pretty much the highest-ranking vampire possible.
As for Evileye, the story didn't tell us anything except that she's "a" vampire.

She's probably higher-ranking than Shalltear's brides, considering that Evil has a complete personality/memories, but at best she could have "the potential" to become a vampire with an equal ranking to Shalltear.

watched the ep 9, it was exactly same with the novel. i was expecting crushing sound more real but it was with some exaggerated blow effect. everthing else was same. i'm glad that they cover every detail in the novel. to sum up: nice ep. not: there is more after the ending at the last part of the video

Ainz honestly didn't care, but put them under house arrest to keep Albedo from going nuts. House arrest was pretty pointless, considering the individuals involved. One never left her room, and the head maid doesn't need to leave the 9th floor anyways.
