Curious: why did Shion date K1 after the dessert fiesta in Watanagashi? Doesn't that conflict with her love for Satoshi? She was pretty physical with K1 during the date...

There were some arcs ( like the question and answer arcs of the 1st and 2nd seasons) that were not included because they didn't pertain exactly to the story, but now I guess they are animating them.

Also, for some reason this thread is in the "unaired" anime section. Wtf?

Someone mentioned about the nickname "Lolisaka" (of Akasaka) and said it will be explained if the game is fully animated. But it seems not, so why he have such nickname?

They also mentioned about how the animation company cut "Mion vs YamanuiLeader(Oni something)" and "Akasaka Vs his wife" parts by the end of the arc? Would someone pls summary what are they about?

Presumably because of this. Upon first seeing Rika, he immediately starts fantasizing what she'd look like in a swimsuit or in a maid uniform.

Was it ever mentioned that Miyo is colorblind?

I heard someone say she was,when they were talking about the quiz she quized Satoko with before she shot her,but I don't remember hearing about that,I thought I probably missed it in the anime(or TIPS),or it's somewhere in the soundnovels.

I don't recall Miyo being colorblind, but I never did get every piece of detail. I'm trying to remember if they made mention of Satoko being colorblind much aside from that scene.

Roughly two more weeks until the first OVA comes out, right? Or is it sooner than that?

Comes out Febuary 25th,it's Febuary 11th right now so..

I think it was a confusion on satako's color blindness being atributed to miyo, I mean, color blindness sure could have gotten in the way of a parasite researcher or anyother medical field.

considering that they are pretty much the same age due to their physical appareance and the loop, it's not weird that they treat each other as friends.

And they've been together for over a century, so it makes sense for them to dispense with any formalities. According to the TIPS, Hanyuu actued as a surrogate mother when Rika was first growing up, but I guess she changed her role to that of a friend after Rika matured.

Yeah, it's like an older cousin, at first it's like she is like amother but after both become adults, the relationship becomes more like a regular freindship; also happens with uncles and even parents.

you could say that the event had been changed since Miyo met the woman with long hair. Well, all your question about Higurashi kai's ending will be answered in the second OVA (or the third)

This comes from one of the last tips.
Basically kai is rika's good ending, afterwards rika and bernkastel become separate entities; then bernkastel starts playing with the kakeras, the bus accident is supossed to be always mortal except that in that specific world, much to bernkastel's surprise, the accident is not mortal for miyo and her family.
