Anyone able to translate the cast list? (I can only recognise one name off by heart, that being Aki Toyosaki as Suika, but I assume that the previous VAs are reprising their roles...)

So I had FlameSparkZ (thanks man

) go over that cast list for translation. If he's correct, the cast listing for the new characters for episode 2 is as follows:

Kaguya Houraisan - Natsumi Takamori (Saki Sakimori from Acchi Kochi, Mei Misaki from Another)
Eirin Yagoroko - Hitomi Nabatame (Mayoi Katase from Acchi Kochi, Margery Daw from Shakugan no Shana)
Tewi Inaba - Yuka Iguchi (Index from ToAru, Tsukihi Araragi from Bakemonogatari)
Reisen Udongein Inaba - Sayuri Yahagi (Ranko Saioji from Sankarea, Haruna Sairenji from To-Love-Ru)
Youmu Konpaku - Aoi Yuki (Madoka Kaname from Madoka Magicka, Mio Aoyama from KamiNomi)

Marissa Kirisame played by Miyuki Sawashiro aka Mint from Galaxy Angel, Caanan from the anime of the same name, also Perinne from Strike Witches also a doll you might know from Rozen Maiden, "pour the tea" gives you a hint on that one.

I think Ithekro is confused by the fact that Marisa is already visible in that pic between Reimu and Patchoulli on top of the gate. Hence why the appearance of the black-frilled dress on the top of the image is odd.

My guess it is Shanghai/Hourai. They are the only other 2 who wear maid costumes in Gensokyo other than Marisa and Pad - *KNIFED*.

Because I am assuming Marisa doesn't have the power to be in two places at once...wthout Yukari's help at least. I mean there could be a gap there on the gate, but otherwise I have not idea who that could be on top of the image.

Alice does appear in the Episode 2 PV, even if her name isn't mentioned anywhere (I'm not sure if she was on the character/cast listing above). That may very well be one of her dolls.

Interesting. Though without translation it didn't seem like it advanced the plot all that much.

Though it did answer the question I had about the charcter in the black skirt.
