Hanatarou?! Now I've seen everythin'

Interesting with Aizen's, the chinese intrepretion of that name and the meaning of the two phrases literally gives out the impression of illusion (Hypnosis). First two words means flower in the mirror, and the last two means moon on the water (As in the reflection).

And Ikkaku's means ghostly lamp, kinda doesn't fit what the Houzukimaru actually does...

I didn't forget him, it's just that I couldn't find the kanji anywhere. But his sword is called Nijigasumi which means "Rainbow Mist" according to Wikipedia.

About Hantarou's zanpakutou: The kanji means "Gourd" and it is mentioned in the Bleach Character Book.

Spoiler:

Its ability is mentioned in volume 21 chapter sketches: Soaks up and heals the wounds of the opponents it cuts.

Okay, thanks anyway. I hope there'll be info like that about him & his sword in the future tho... he's my favorite ex-seated Shinigami.

Can anyone explain what "Double-issue" means? How come that results in lack of Bleach chapter the following week?

Actually, that's kind of a misuse of the english word because it isn't really a double issue because there are no double chapters in it.

Basically, it just means they won't publish a issue for one week because of Golden Week (which is a collection of four national holidays within seven days).

Ichinose's zanpaktou is written as 虹霞.

When he met her in the human world and gave her a gigai

It would make sense that he put the Hougyuko into her when he gave her the gigai, but that is definitely not true. When Aizen revealed all, he explained that he was already looking for Rukia when she had gone missing because he figured out that the Hougyuko was inside her. So as soon as she was found, he immediatedly killed the Central 46 and put out a warrant for her arrest in their name.

That means he realized that the Hougyuko was inside of her before he ever found out she had made contact with Urahara. In fact the gigai was a later contrivance that Urahara made to destroy the Hougyuko which he had previously put into her soul.

The actual time Urahara put the Hougyuko into Rukia is unknown, but it was definitely before she ever met Ichigo.

I think that the problem is that there are different translations and therefore interpretations of Aizen's Explanation
I am not really sure, but I think that Urahara put the Hougyuko into Rukia when he gave her the gigai.
Aizen came to know about that, killed the Central 46 and put out a warrant for her arrest in their name.

Urahara was missing from Soul society, long before Rukia arrived in soul society! The first time they met, was in the human world

1. Erm...when they say bleach is licensed...are they refering to the manga the anime or both?

2. What are the other 2 noble families besides the Kuchiki clan and ( if I'm not wrong ) Shihouin clan?

1. Both the manga and anime are licensed now, if that's what you're asking.

2. As far as we know, the other 2 noble families haven't been named yet.

Thats not true I second our Moderator san .. ^^ .
Actually Urahara used the Gigai to weaken Rukia's Leatsu and contain her Shinigami powers ..and his goal was the Gigai to merge with her soul rendering Hyogoku useless.
Rukia has no clue who Urahara is but that doesnt mean they have not met before in Seireitei or Ryukognai

Yes clan is nothing but surname or family name in Japan thats the reason they anounce their surname first then their name .is the Bushido code of Combat ..

Ukitake Juushiro (浮竹 十四郎) is the eldest son from the low-class aristocrat Ukitake family so yeah I think aristrocat refers to nobility ^_^
