Looking for an anime like Erementar Gerad
Okay I have some sort of anime fan club over the internet. Each person can choose a character from a certain anime and be them (just the name) Any ways, my friend who changed her anime name to Ren watched Erementar and said that's why she changed her name. Before she used to be Sakura from Tsubasa Chronicles. I just watched Erementar Gerad and I loved it, but I haven't been using an anime name lately since I have no clue of my favorite anime.
I'm into fighting/romance animes. Please help |

Scrapped princess- Fun fantasy anime, with a small tincy wincy amount of romance. Still the characters, and the sibling relationship is great and fun to watch. When I said romance, and sibling relationship don't take it as in incest.

Few other shows though that fit both of those: Noein - Haruka x Yuu for your romance dose, and the fighting between the Dragon Knights is often nothing short of brilliant. The animation style and physics references might take some getting used to, but it makes for an interesting plot. Soundtrack's really good too... it's not on AS but it's being subbed - go look The Slayers - Or just "Slayers" for short. Plenty on both fronts with plenty of genuinely funny moments, likeable characters and a decent storyline too (especially NEXT - you can't possibly not like Xellos ) The license recently passed from Central Park Media to Funimation, which means it may be worth waiting, but if you can get hold of any then it's definitely worth it. Shakugan no Shana - Everyone's favourite romance triangles, coupled with lots of firey fighting and a reasonably interesting plotline. The romance doesn't seem to go all that far though, so if you're looking for something mature and developed you'd probably be better looking elsewhere. Some people say the start is slow too, I didn't notice it but it's something to bear in mind. Fate/Stay Night - Potentially. The romance aspect is fully in place and the action's on its way if spoilers are to be believed. The first 3 episodes seem a pretty good indication of what to expect (especially the second) - after that it seemed to drop a little but it can and should end up something special on the action front too fairly soon. If you like the first few episodes, stick with it. So, any preference on the type of romance, seriousness of the series, any other shows you've really liked to help people give recommendations? |
